Long delivery times. Poor customer services. No reply on emails. Will not be ordering with them ever again.

Ordered my item in February waited till March then emailed, was told mid March, (18th) waited till 20th emailed again told end of March. Still nothing. Avoid this company take the mick with delivery

Ordered in January and still not received my order! Have emailed customer service and they lied!
Other than me chasing there has been no communication whatsoever!
Very poor and would not recommend

Extremely long delivery times and very poor quality customer service. Order was placed over 8weeks ago but instead of the company being honest about the delay, they replied to my emails (7 in total) with nothing but lies and excuses. Very disappointed in this company, will not use again nor recommend.

The quality of the garments was excellent. We bought a PSG third kit. The only downside was the wait which was several weeks and I was hoping my son didn’t grow out of them! Worth the wait to be fair.

If I could give no stars I would, took my money and have continued to lie about when I'd receive item, I ordered 26th Nov 2021, and they still haven't sent items, shocking company!!

The order @rrived weeks after it was supposed to and it was too small

I was very sceptical about this site because when I ordered my shirt and took 2 months for it to come so I had to email customer service which they replied the same day and also got my shirt the same day probably a coincidence. But the reason I wrote a review is beacuse I do not know if the shirt I received is real or fake and I do not know if it’s top quality because I haven’t washed it yet. The shirt has a code number and all of the official tags and it was in perfect condition when it arrived. So all I really want to know is the shirt real or fake.

Arrived too late for Christmas, poor quality, wrong colour.

Terrible experience, ordered 4 weeks before Christmas as a present for a friend,contacted several times with excuse after excuse. finally arrived 2 weeks after Christmas ! Gutted if never had friends name printed would have returned ordered a extra large and being made in Thailand will not fit as expected friend couldn’t get the shirt over his shoulders. Would not recommend as I’m convinced the shirt a copy and the delay in sending was too late.

I was skeptical at first of them being able to sell shirts at such a cheap price. I received my order yesterday and true to their word it was legit and the kit was in perfect condition. Be warned though...postage takes an eternity. It was 2 months for me, however it was a 1/3rd of the price so I can't really complain. If you want a well-price legit kit but don't mind the wait then these are your guys.

Great products, great prices but slow delivery.

The football kit was good but the delivery time was well outside the period specified on your website.
The kit did not arrive in time for Christmas and I have a very upset little boy to deal with.

What an absolute joke of a company! Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no sign of shirt. Was given fake tracking info for a parcel going somewhere i dont even live

Order arrived on timescales provided and quality products. Would use again.

Good quality items, all as requested. Deli very can take a little longer than stated but as long as you order in plenty of time all is good.

Ordered 2 items on the same day on 19 November as a Xmas present. One turned up a week before Xmas the other never arrived. Upon emailing over several weeks I was told that it would be there just after New year due to customs delays. More time went by no item had been recieved, I emailed again to find out where my delivery was just to be told that they couldn't trace my order anywhere despite being told it had been sent and it will be with me after New year. They offered me a refund but that took a further two weeks.

Really happy with the kit! Delivery time is quite a long time, but certainly worth the wait.

clearly a scam company ordered a shirt told would be dispatched within a week contacted after a week told covid problems will be few more days still nothing had email saying dispatched no tracking info. its a joke and a crap company will not use again
