Please do not download this apps absolutely rubbish now, it used to be ok before but now they just taking your money and the customer service are clueless, they will tell you to contact to help line from the apps.

It’s been few days having problems with TalkHome app in my I phone. I couldn’t continue keep on taking more than one minute. I have reinstalled application few time but it’s changed nothing. I have mail them but no response. So disappointed..

One of the worst apps I ever used. Calls disconnect very often but they take your money. New users be careful, have a look on their reviews first.

I bought £5 rechargeable International calling card and pin number is not working ... there is no proper system to rectify the problem straightaway. I email them..not received any reply yet.
I have seen a lot of people complained before me but
still the company not seems to do anything to correct

Sound quality is no good you pay for it plus u need internet to use talk home app I think it has better quality with imo or whatapp and it free I thinks they should work on that

Don't use it, it does not work at all, the call gets diverted to some recorded religious lectures. It is a con.

This is the worst service ever. They are thieves, don’t use.
I bought a calling card and barely used it just for them to say my card has expired. They are scammers. Reaping where they didn’t sow.

Thieves.. just bought a £5 calling card and when I try to make a call, it tells me pin number doesn't work.. How??? Do not waste your money... funny thing is many years back this used to be a legit company, I used them plenty of times without issues.. but now it seems they've become a SCAM!!!!! SO SAD..

Update.
I've just tried the card again and guess what, it now tells me my card has no credit.. I haven't even used it.. this should be illegal..

Excellent service delivery on time highly recommended. Customer service is 100% you do not have to wait long in the queue I only waited 30 seconds customer service agent solved my problem.

Much better then Lyca, Lebara even Vodafone network. They use EE network 110% coverage all over UK.

Very Thief company. Never buy card from them

Thieving company. I topped up £15 and used about £2 airtime. A week later I want to make another call and guess what, my airtime balance is Zero! Will never use this company again.

Awful experience.
I had been using talk home calling cards for many years before I swapped to another company. Once I made a call to a mobile phone number, some credit remained on the card. Yet when needed to use for another call, I repeatedly got frustrated by the message telling the card had no credit. I decided to purchase the card online and top it up when needed and likewise ended up losing the rest of the credit after one use only. The last time, I lost £6.70. I eventually stopped using it and pleased dealing with another company.

Bought a card for £5.00 to make an urgent call but the PIN is not working.

I am very disappointed, I bought credits online 5£ and the pin does not work.

I’ve just bought £5 calling card again to start it says i have 100 minutes and run out in 14 minutes pin 1181015115 can someone but a word to it?

I am on payg its the same as now mobile I am on both networks they have done nothing but help me I love the service from both networks highly recommend them both

I used Talkhome website to but a £10 topup but the website stated the transaction didnt go through. I tried again and received the same message.

I only wanted one £10 topup. You subsequently emailed confirming both transactions went through.

Congratulations on having a faulty website.

I will NEVER use your system again as I cant trust it. TELL YOUR CEO maybe someone there has some sence to fix it.

I Bought a top up on march 11th cannot get in to my account as it says my card has expired and i have been unable to make any calls
