How's this scum of a company allowed to work is beyond me. You top-up their calling card and if you don't use it for few days they deduct your credit with no reason. I've actually reported them to the financial omdusman ethical standards.

Completely waste of time nothing really works on there

On Pay As You Go account-check your balance and calls made. TH will deduct from your account for calls not made. On a regular basis.
Very few users check their balance. So Beware.

my advise is dont come anywhere near them. they trick you into buying their service which is one of the worst. They ask their own staff to put reviews! just to keep the company going. this is the worst company ever

Mafia no-one can even touch them.
Even police.look after that many complaints and no action.
The government, police nobody investigate them.

Very bad App and customer service. After i top up credit I couldn't make call and they refused to refund my money. It's has been a month asking either to refund my money or make the App work but no respond from the technical support team.

It is ridiculous expensive.😡

Topped up £10 and bought 2 £5 bundles and set the second to recur when the first one finished and that didn't happen so rang customer services to try and get the second bundle activated as I had not used it and basically they said no and ripped me off totally useless!!!!

Shame on you talk home who ever you are taking advantage of hard working people using their hard earned money to buy your scamming services I really do not understand how you can be even let do this it needs to stop we buy these phone cards to speak to our families back home who some have not seen for years and it brings comfort when we speak to them so for you to take that away from us it’s a disgrace hope soon you will be caught out this is day light robbery you are committing you are no different to a thief shame on you never ever I’m going to buy this rubbish of your phone card disgusting

They are scam
I bought a card and had £4.60 remaining balance but after 3 weeks tried to use the card it says your card is expired rip off

You supposedly get well over 200 minutes calling my particular destination, using 0207 code. However, after 12 minutes, an automated voice cut in telling me to input dialled number again???? and my call was then disconnected. I redialled, to hear that minutes remaining was now only 100????. How do 200+ minutes become 100, after only 12 minutes of talking time. Their website even had the bold faced AUDACITY to set out how many minutes you get calling a landline/mobile using the various dialling codes. I bought this card on the basis of what the website claimed, only to find its claims, in my personal experience, to be TOTALLY FALSE!!! This was my first time buying this card and will also DEFINITELY BE MY LAST

One star is too much they don’t deserve even one.. been a customer for years and I was happy

Pls pls stay away from this company

After making 1 call on the same day I purchased a Talk Home Premium card it stopped working. I called customer services on 08713329189 to be told they blocked the card from working due to the retailer who sold me the card owing them money but then after complaining reactivated it for me. I've had the card for 26 days, have made 2 calls lasting max 2.5 hours and now cannot use the card as no more mins left. The card is meant to be valid for 30 days with normally 1000 mins or more. The people who run this are in my opinion scammers and I'll never buy this card again. Will report to trading standards.

Useless customer service. I topped up my international calling card online with £20 and I should get a 10% extra but have not received any. 4 times I have topped up and nothing. I have emailed customer services 3 times and no response. I am seriously looking for alternatives. A company that doesn't realise they exist because of customers is not worth my penny. If I could give a zero rating I would have.

Just give your £5 to somone else 280mins ended in 10mins no customer service in trying to find a higher power to complain about my wife use the card and found out its always the same 10mins 15 max somtimes she doesnt even get connected and the card goes to 0 credit

Why on earth would a company previously trusted by so many feel it's okay to rip of customers? If a card states to offer over 200 minutes and then after only 30 minutes it cuts off to announce 'credit remaining 1 pence' it just screams, rip off, scummed! Worse still, when you try to ring customer service the line goes unanswered. I was in the middle of a very emotional phone call and this is not the first time I've checked remaining credit to read zero......Clearly someone has realised that ripping off each customer £3 of the card they're on their way to a very healthy bank account!

Please be careful they do not give you the minutes advertised. The reason why you dont get the minutes advertised is because in the terms and conditions there are hidden charges. They charge you a maintenece charge everday. They also charge set up and aditional charges. They also count 1 minute as 4. So 1 minute used is 4 minutes gone. After all the hidden charges its not worth using the calling card. I would not recommend.

I bought an International card for the third time by mistake because in the shops of my area when you ask for mobile top up they still give you calling cards top up.
I have been asking for help to get the pin converted for several days and I got little to no help. Now when I call customers service and I try to get in contact with the team my phone call is bounced all the time. I even sent an email a week ago asking for help from the team and I habe heard nothing. I was calling today to get my PAC number and my phone call is bounced whenever I try to get in touch with the customer service team. I have sent an email out today to get my PAC number . All the other numbers to get in touch with someone are subject to some sort of payment. And I can't call these numbers because I don't have money for top up and I have been trying to get help with that.
If someone is reading this and thinking about joining Talk home RUN before you get yourself in a mess .
