Unfortunately, the parcel is being delivered (in Germany?) via DPD (without this being mentioned at the time of ordering).
I have had nothing but absolutely terrible experiences with DPD in the past regarding deliveries. The CORRECT delivery address was / is a DHL shop next door. It always worked. After the delivery ended up at a DPD centre (“next door”), I discovered after a very laborious search that DPD DOES NOT deliver to DHL shops. Attempts to make a complaint to DPD are extremely difficult; there is no real SUPPORT hotline. At least the sender/supplier “UAB Recaras” has now taken note of this and followed up with me today. THANK YOU FOR THAT.
Will I receive the paid-for parcel, and if so, when????

Suggestion: offer a choice of delivery providers when selling. So far, I’ve only had very good experiences with DHL.
Or simply specify DPD as the delivery provider when placing an order, so you can keep your distance from them. They’re a real pain

Det finns ingen kundtjänst, det går inte att komma i kontakt med dom. Dom är sega med att skicka ordern och i mitt fall fick jag aldrig det jag beställde, mailat och skrivit i deras chat funktion men får inte svar. Har försökt i flera dagar utan framgång. Beställ inte här, det är ett gott råd.

SCAMMERS, do not buy a thing from them, I would never recommend this thief. No refund, no response, no pay pal, nothing, just cheap excuses.

I didnt get my order and i cannot connect the seller

I am form Canada and I recieved a the product faster than I ever experienced on a Web purchase. Bought on friday afternoon and I recived the item on the next wendsday. Considering that the part was leaving Lithuania, It is a verry fast shipping. The price was WAY under the price tag than other used parts retailer so that made the experience verry great. That part is usualy sold for 3 000$ new and over 500-600$ Used. I had it for 300$ Shipped so no brainer for me to have a try. The part was in an verry good condition and work perfectly :)

Very disappointing experience. The seller appears to be dishonest — I strongly advise against buying anything from them. I ordered under-bonnet insulation for a Peugeot 2008, which was advertised as an older but original and genuine part. Instead, I received a roughly cut piece of old insulation material, seemingly intended for wall use or something like that. It doesn’t fit under the bonnet of my car at all and is therefore completely useless.

Fast delivery and quick response over email. Struggled to find a part for my car locally and sourced it on Dalys. Brilliant service and would use again. Thanks so much!

Złożyłem zamówienie cześći której prawdopodobnie nie mieli po długim oczekiwaniu . anulowałem zamówienie ale do dzisiaj nie otrzymałem zwrotu pieniędzy. uważajcie na te firmę.

we made a order on the 17th august, it is now the 11th september and we still have not gotten the car parts, we tried to contact them via the phone call, but the phone number linked to their site is non existing.

i have ordered parts on 03.07.2025 and after that i received an info that they are no longer available. after sending them 10 emails i still havent received the return of the money and its september already. no replie, no refund, no contact. terrible

I ordered a car part on the 31st of July and have to receive it , I have emailed partversal over 10 times but only go one reply to say they will contact customer to see where my part is but haven’t heard anything back in weeks and they still don’t reply . There customer service is appalling and I would never order from them again !

Don't order unless you want to be waiting over 3 weeks for your package.
No reply from customer support.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered an engine mount bracket and paid £34 for express deliver with fedex which stated it would be delivered within 2 working days. After 2 days I receive an update it’ll be another 1 week before the package is received. The standard cost for delivery with a 1 week expected delivery was only £7-£8. Having spoke to the customer service representative I was told I’m only allowed to receive a 10 euro refund which equals £8. DONT ADVERTISE FAST DELIVERY AND CHARGE RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON THE TIME SCHEDULE YOU OFFER.

Cursamos una orden de pedido de un exhaust el dia 17 de julio, el plazo para su entrega era entre 5 y 12 dias, como todavia no ha llegado preguntamos a su servicio de atencion al cliente y nos dieron un numero de seguimiento de DPD, puestos en contacto con el transportista la semana pasada nos informan que todavia no tienen el parcel para poder gestionar su envio, les hemos preguntado varias veces pero no nos responden!, lo que ya empieza a ser un tanto preocupante, no sabemos si se trata de una estafa; en este momento seguimos a la espera de que nos informen de algo...

Paid 100 euro extra for fast delivery. After 1 week, it is still not shipped. No fast reply on mails, dont order here!!

Bestilte 2 reservedele i Litauen. Reservedelene var OK og ankom indenfor tidsfrist.
Fik meget hurtig Chat svar vedr. tracking.
