I can only echo the previous negative


I can only echo the previous negative reviews and note that it is evident that many customers are more than dissatisfied with Xerjoff's customer service. In my case, it was specifically about a late delivery, which Xerjoff couldn't care less about. The arrogance that the company rests on because they have launched two good fragrances will ultimately cost them many customers. It's a pity; one often expects better from a professional company. But then, I'll stick with tried and true, good brands like Prada and Gucci, who know how to appreciate and respect their customers.

We apologise if you feel this way about our customer service.
As informed previously via email, our forecast delivery is 2-4 business days. You ordered on 30th July, we shipped on 31st July and. If DHL, the courier, informed you that the delivery would be on 1st August and for some reason, they couldn't deliver, they informed you via email and SMS about it and also
re-programmed the delivery for the next day, which was today, 2nd August and from the tracking code, they tried the deliver but they didn't find anyone at home.
Unfortunately, delays can happen and the forecast delivery time was respected.
You asked for a refund or a discount for a one-day delay with the delivery and we can't proceed in this way as it didn't have any damage or problem with the product, also because we are in the forecast time delivery.
I hope you can understand and our customer service is always at your service for any issues you might have.

My package got stolen and it’s the duty of the sender to claim a replacement.
I want to especially name Alice here, who was super supportive, very open in communication and solved my issue to all of my satisfaction!

You spend 220 euro on a perfume you


You spend 220 euro on a perfume you always use, but the spray is defect. I write to costumer service and they want to give me a voucher on 20% on new order. Is that a joke???? Never buy The bottles are all defect as I read in other comments.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, we understand you contacted us on Whatsapp and our team tried to do their best in this situation. Unfortunately, as our products can’t be shipped to your place of residence we are unable to send you another perfume to replace the one you got at the airport, as we don't accept returns from products outside the EU.

We would love to provide you with a voucher to use on Xerjoff.com should you be able to ship to a country in our list of shipments.

Again we are sorry for your unfortunate experience and hope you can order another perfume using the voucher in the near future.

Ich hab bei meiner ersten Bestellung vergessen mein kostenloses Sample Kit zusammenzustellen. Habe dann die Bestellung storniert. Dadurch ist mein 23 Euro Rabatt fÃŒr meine erste Bestellung entfallen. Vom Xerjoff-Support kein Entgegenkommen. Dann hab ich eben auf meinen Rabatt verzichtet und nochmal bestellt. Gestern kam die Bestellung an. Zum meinem Entsetzen. KEINE EINZIGE PROBE hat mit meiner Auswahl ÃŒbereingestimmt. Heute dann den Support wieder angeschrieben und die meinen ich habe ein Standard Sample Kit bekommen. Keine Ahnung was die meinen. Ich weiß nur ich habe 4 Proben ausgewÀhlt und laut Webseite bekommt man bei einem Bestellwert ÃŒber 100 Euro ein kostenloses Sample-Kit mit 4 Proben der EIGENEN Wahl. Also sehr widersprÃŒchlich und kundenunfreundlich.

We’re sorry to hear of your experience.

Once you contacted us via email, we explained to you that you had the option to choose the four fragrances of your sample kit or leave it to us to choose. As you hadn't choose any fragrance, we sent you the standard sample kit.

By the time that you received the email confirmation of your order, you should have had contacted us explaining that you wish to receive four specific fragrances and we would be glad to change for you but, unfortunately, after receiving the order, we can't do any other modifications.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely gentleman in this store so helpful and knowledgeable about the brand nothing was too much trouble for him I know the brand as I own a few but myself and my daughter were very happy to purchase more would highly recommend this store and of course the perfume

Alice was able to help me edit my order twice after I placed it (due to my own indecisions) and her quick and reassuring assistance made me feel very confident about the purchase and future purchases. In fact, I'll be making a second purchase this week! Thanks!

Had a damaged tray and communicated with the costumer service. Never had such an unproblematic and kind conversation with a costumer service and got really fast replies. We agreed on a solution that was best for me, so I got the help I asked for. I‘m very happy about it!
