You or your logistics forwarder canceled my order twice. I've ordered at least 2 times before without any issues.

UPDATE 10/03/2023; thanks for your reply. Order got re sent, and then canceled once again, again with no explanation. I must insist: I've ordered stuff from you at least twice before, with no issue.

Was waiting too long for shipment preparing, but after it was delivered to your warehouse - dhl did delivery to my home very fast. The ordered gloves quality and its price was the best.

Als u dit leest, wilt u dan zo vriendelijk zijn de restitutie van mijn bestelling over te maken? Ik heb met Sinterklaas 2 helmen ontvangen en heb er 1 teruggestuurd op 5 december. Ik krijg op 13 dec. een bericht dat jullie de helm hebben ontvangen op het retour zendpunt en op 15 dec. op het hoofdmagazijn.
Jullie zouden verder gaan met mijn verzoek in het retourportaal.
Ik weet niet hoe lang dit gaat duren maar ik vindt het wel héél lang duren. Al vanaf 3 december. Dat is al een maand om die €45,- terug te krijgen. Wachten jullie tot iemand overleden is zodat je niks meer terug hoeft te betalen of hoe zit het?😡

Lekker op tijd gereageerd. Maar uhhh...voor het gemak maar even €5,- erafgetrokken. Ik dacht dat ik genoeg had betaald voor verzendkosten tijdens de bestelling.

If I need something for my bike I always check with xlmoto first, they have good prices and extremely fast and affordable shipping. On the occasions I had to reach out to customer service they quickly replied and helped me out with no problem. Recommended!

I bought the Sena F2 dual pack. Fits the helmets great. Easy to install. Package arrived within 7 days. Quicker than some packages ordered within Australia. No fuss at all.

placed many orderrs and the last i placed was on Sunday and one of the items I ordered by mistake 2 pc, after 2 minutes!! I saw it and sent a mail to customer service to delete 1 thier answer was it is to late and sent 2 pc
Now I one new item with no use

I get my helmet, on time, very fast delivery and quality products.

The product came so quickly.
Communication with the seller is great.
