AVOID!
I bought a copy of Office but could not install it as my computer would not accept it. I contacted seller who said it was not compatible with my machine. I asked for a refund, they refused.

Purchased home/ student package. Unable to use the product key and unable to activate it.
Extremely poor customer service, unable to contact anyone, phone switched off and email response extremely slow.

This company sells fake software that is not compatible with many computers and worse, they will not refund you if something goes wrong. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Great Customer Service
Purchased Home & Student and downloaded no problem; had to contact Xpresskey via on line Chat ON A SUNDAY immediately answered and Frank sorted my activation code. Had to go via Microsoft to finalise activation which was easy. Worringly, some reviews say their package expires after 3 months...heard similar problems previously. Time will tell. But have to say great service today.

Purchased Microsoft Office 360
Purchased Microsoft Office 360, 2016 version from expresskey.co.uk back in June 2020. It worked for 3 months but now has deactivated. I tried re activating using the product key but it wont let me reactivate. I googled the situation to find that counterfeit versions deactivate in 3 months so it looks as if I have been ripped off. I have just emailed them but dont expect any response. They are still around though so maybe not a good idea to purchase anything from them.

Purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student for my MacBook Pro, discovered doesn't work with OSmacCatalina, my fault. Rang Xpresskey, firstly engaged and a message "The other person has hung up", tried online Helpdesk with typed query, no response after 15 minutes despite the banner headline "Instantly responds in under a minute."

Technical support rep Frank saved the day!
One thing i failed to do is read the important details. I purchased office 2011 for my mac which had Catalina and found out it is not even compatible. A huge disappointment with Microsoft and insisted to contact the seller, Xpresskey. Chatted with Annie and then had me connected to Frank their tech support. Frank had been very patient explaining the issue and replaced 2011 to 2019 without questions. I now have Office 2019 up and running. Kudos to Frank!

M/S Office 2019 Purchase
Purchased a M/S Office 2019 Key. Received the key within about 15 minutes after completing the transaction. Installed the software (upgrading from 2013). Office key was validated and had no problems.

Avoid
Avoid - selling software with activation keys that do not work!!!
I Purchased Microsoft office via the website and was given a download link.
I downloaded the software but the provided activation key failed to work.
The advertised 24/7 help is none existent.
Thankfully I made my purchase via Paypal, I have now made a claim for a refund
