Very efficient communication and a good price for the airport runs. Driver was very helpful and the car was in good condition.

Confirmation of the booking, reminders & pick up details were sent to us in a timely manner, communication 10 out of 10. We have used several different MK and Luton taxi firms for airport transfers, with mixed and often disappointing results. So it was a great relief to discover Xpress Taxis for a recent trip to and pickup from Luton Airport : totally reliable, efficient communication via WhatsApp, nice car, and a super driver, Wajid Ali. We'll never use any other firm in the future!

My pre-booking for a midnight taxi home after a night out in MK was seamless. Made the booking online which was confirmed promptly. Received WhatsApp updates, texts and email reminders. Arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. Friendly, safe and courteous. Will use definitely use again.

One of the only taxi services that uses WhatsApp, a godsend if you’re from overseas as I don’t have a UK number. Was so easy to book, sent me a link to track where the taxi was, picked up and dropped off exactly on time (with good conversation too). Expensive but not more expensive than any other service other than Uber so definitely use it if there aren’t Ubers around.
