Estou numa fase inicial, mas tenho tido toda a informação necessária a plataforma é intuitiva

Contento con el Broker pero sigo echando en falta un Grafico y mas analisis de la cartera global (Planes de inversión + posiciones abiertas) para ver como nuestro portfolio sube y baja de una manera visual y también en el dia, semana, mes etc. Algo parecido a lo que hay en los planes de inversión pero juntando todo. Lo tiene practicamente todo los brokers y en este falta y seria la guinda del pastel. Porque ahora mismo entras y si, te pone el beneficio global pero YA ni si quiera un % de beneficio total, solo por operaciones y ni si quiera se la variacion diaria total de todas mis posiciciones juntando como digo todo (planes + posiciones)

Jako początkujący moge napisać same pozytywy. Łatwa, intuicyjna obsługa, łatwość podglądu i zarządzania kontem. Jak na razie uczę się i nabieram wprawy. Martwi mnie tylko jeden szczegół, mianowicie opóźnienie jakie występuje pomiędzy kliknięciem "zakup/sprzedaz" a faktycznym zawarciem transakcji. Czasami to dość spore wartości zwłaszcza przy dużych kwotach. Jeszcze nigdy nie udało mi się zawrzeć takiej transakcji na wartość, o której myślałem.

Preise, Angebot und auch die Reaktionszeit des Supports sind gut. Dass jedoch eine Pending-Order nicht abgeholt wurde, obwohl der Kurs mehrfach den Order-Kurs unterschritten hatte und ich nach über 10 Tagen immer noch keine Stellungnahme dazu erhalten habe, ist wirklich eine sehr schwache Leistung

I had verified my account done all the processes and in the app it would show account has been verified . When I tried to open my account it would show waiting for verification I contacted them and they told me that they need some documents. I told it’s ok and waited but still no one contacted so I have to wait for 2 weeks for my account to be verified 2 weeks just for verification when already provided the address proof, residency proof , face verification and all . Other trading platforms do the verification process on 5-10 minutes so this is the customer service in 2026 you have to wait 2 weeks what a joke

Odradzam korzystanie z usług XTB z następujących powodów:
1) Słabe (na tle konkurencji) warunki transakcyjne, np. wyjątkowo niekorzystne punkty swapowe.
2) Brak możliwości handlu algorytmicznego - XTB nie oferuje możliwości automatycznego handlu (poprzez platformy jak: MT4 i MT5, cTrader Algo, etc.), co jest standardem u praktycznie wszystkich brokerów Forex. W sytuacji, kiedy brokerzy Forex dostarczają coraz więcej narzędzi i platform do handlu, to XTB postanowiło iść w przeciwnym kierunku.
3) Beznadziejna obsługa klienta: telefoniczny Dział Obsługi Klienta w praktyce nie istnieje - można dosłownie czekać godzinami na kontakt z infolinią i się nie doczekać. Jednocześnie pewne sprawy mogą być załatwione tylko przez infolinię XTB. Na wysłane emaile XTB potrafi nie odpowiadać. Chat na stronie XTB nie działa. Itp., itd. XTB najwyraźniej postanowiło się odciąć od swoich klientów.
4) XTB w arogancki sposób traktuje swoich klientów i nie informuje o ważnych zmianach, np. o ostatnim, przymusowym wprowadzeniu uwierzytelniania dwuskładnikowego, co dla wielu osób jest niewygodne.
Podsumowując: XTB jest firmą nieprzyjazną swoim klientom i zacofaną w wielu aspektach (dostarczanych narzędzi, warunków handlu, wsparcia dla klientów, etc.). Po prostu szkoda nerwów na użeranie się z XTB i ich sposobem działania. Na tle konkurencji XTB wypada bardzo słabo, a konkurencja XTB jest przeogromna i jest w czym wybierać.

Veľmi ústretový a informovaný pán. Nevnucuje ale poradí a pochopí amatéra.

Hace años atrás perdí casi 80 millones de pesos. Dinero que serían los ahorros para el futuro de mi hijo con discapacidad severa, todo esto por la asesoría directa que realizó mi ejecutiva. La cual, en su momento tuvo incluso libre acceso a mi cuenta, según ella para ayudarme.
Ahora quién responde por esto? llevo años viviendo mal, y preocupada por el futuro de mi hijo. La ejecutiva ya no trabaja en xtb y yo quedé en la ruina luchando con mi hijo sola.
Ojalá tuviera forma de comenzar desde cero, pero me ha sido imposible.

Discrimination, retaliation, and a toxic work environment

This review is based on my personal experience at XTB.

During my employment, I was repeatedly subjected to discriminatory behavior and inappropriate remarks regarding my perceived sexual orientation, including suggestions like “go to the gym to fix my hormones” and similar degrading comments. These were humiliating, invasive, and unprofessional.

I also faced work obstruction and unfair treatment: supervisors often ignored my questions or gave misleading information, making tasks unnecessarily difficult and creating a toxic, hostile, and psychologically unsafe environment.

I submitted a formal whistleblowing report, which the Team Leader was not supposed to know about. Afterward, I was explicitly informed my contract would be renewed. However, the Team Leader tried to complicate things, suggesting unnecessary “training months” despite my high KPI performance.

On my last working day, attempts to contact higher management failed (everyone was off). Eventually, the Team Leader called me to the office, made me work until the last minute, and repeatedly said we were “waiting for the legal team”—though no legal team was present. At the end, in a meeting room with only him present, he harshly informed me my contract would not be renewed because I submitted the report. My laptop was taken, and I was treated with suspicion and humiliation, including statements implying my activity would be monitored to prevent misuse.

This experience was intimidating, humiliating, and unprofessional, demonstrating clear retaliation, breach of trust, and lack of whistleblower protection. It had a serious negative impact on my mental health and left me with the impression that employee dignity, inclusion, and safety are not genuinely protected.

I strongly advise potential employees to carefully evaluate the company culture, management behavior, and actual effectiveness of anti-discrimination and whistleblowing policies, rather than relying solely on public statements.

Me encanta XTB. Soy inversor minorista, muy minorista, nada profesional. Pero siempre he encontrado XTB funcional, sencillo, completo, rápido, con cero problemas. Llevo unos 5 años y cero problemas, todo como una seda y sin a penas comisiones. Cerré mis inversiones para comprar una vivienda. Pero en cuanto pueda ahorrar un poco, sin duda volveré a hacerlo a través de XTB.

Raramente mi prendo la briga di scrivere una recensione, ma in questo caso vale davvero la pena.

Mi trovo benissimo con XTB: il supporto clienti è fantastico, puoi chiamare subito e, dal momento in cui apri il conto, avrai sempre un consulente a seguirti e aiutarti in caso di domande.

Great communication and approach, very useful. It looks xtb is a very good company not working just in virtual space but as well in real world.😉👍

Tuve mi dinero casi 2 años con XTB, solo operé de manera formal durante 6 meses y logré un 10% de profit. Estaba decidido a meter más de mi patrimonio a este broker hasta que hice la prueba de retiro esperando no tener problemas con nada.

1. Primer intento mediante Transferencia internacional no se pudo y se me regresó el dinero pero SI se COBRÓ la COMISIÓN de 20 USD (Así lo justificó mi asesora D.C.)

2. Realicé por segunda vez el retiro mediante Transferencia Local (Porque así me lo indicó mi asesora); pues qué gran pesar. Pasó 1 semana y no me llegaron los fondos, pasaron 2 semanas y nada. Pedí soporte mediante correo, chat 1 a 1 y con mi asesora, TODOS me proporcionaron un comprobante de PayRetailers por medio del cual se había realizado la transferencia de fondos, seguí esperando y los volví a contactar a la tercer semana pero no obtuve soporte a TODOS, su única respuesta fue que la transacción ya se había hecho, que revisara con mi banco (El banco no puede rastrear los fondos porque requieren un comprobante SPEI para ello). Derivado de esto me puse en contacto con PayRetailers (Considero que como cliente NO TENGO QUE SER YO QUIEN TENGA QUE INVESTIGAR ESTO); PayRetailers me confirmó que el movimiento no se había completado y que cometieron un error cuando XTB realizó el movimiento, esto ocasionaba que a ellos les apareciera como Transacción completa cuando no es así. Volví a contactar a XTB por todos los medios y su única respuesta era que los fondos ya habían sido transferidos sin ningún inconveniente cuando no fue así. Regresé con PayRetailers y me confirmaron que el estatus seguía igual, así que ENVIÉ CORREO A XTB CON COPIA A PAYRETAILERS PARA SOLICITAR UN ESTATUS DEFINITIVO. Derivado de esto no tuvieron más opción que regresar los fondos a mi cuenta de XTB DESPUÉS DE CASI 2 MESES pero claro que SE COBRARON TODAS LAS COMISIONES DE RETIROS y AHÍ SE FUE MI 10% DE PROFIT Y MÁS.

CONCLUSIÓN
Es DECEPCIONANTE la manera en cómo responden cuando realmente los necesitas.

XTB NO ES CONFIABLE PARA METER GRANDES MONTOS

EL PERSONAL DE XTB ES INCOMPETENTE ya que si ocurre un problema con el retiro, ELLOS SOLO SE AMPARAN CON EL COMPROBANTE DE LA TRANSACCIÓN AUNQUE HALLAN HECHO MAL EL MOVIMIENTO.

HARÁN LO QUE SEA NECESARIO PARA QUE EL PROFIT QUE HAYAS ACUMULADO NO LLEGUE A TU CUENTA, de hecho salí en negativo después de tanta comisión por retiros.

Mi consejo es que se aparten de XTB y busquen un Broker Regulado en su País que sea serio y que les confirme como atienden este tipo de situaciones. Cuando te buscan como cliente te hablan muy bonito y sus seminarios en Youtube muy atractivo y todo, pero nunca imaginas que realicen este tipo de cosas para mermar tus ganancias. TENGO TODAS LAS EVIDENCIAS y claro que VOY A ADVERTIR A MIS REFERIDOS Y AL PÚBLICO sobre esto para que tomen sus medidas.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde bei XTB und sehr zufrieden. Für mich einer der besten Broker für CFD und Aktien. Die Plattform ist stabil, der Support schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Analysewerkzeuge sind noch ausbaufähig, entwickeln sich aber kontinuierlich weiter. Auch was die Handelsinstrumente angelangt. Bisher habe ich für mich keinen besseren Broker gefunden.

Plate-forme intuitive et sécurisant. Protection des leviers et calculatrice instantanée très pratique. Peut-être ajouter dans 《ÉDUCATION》 quelques vidéos sur les différents indicateurs. Top !
