Es una experiencia muy entretenida, no muy larga, pero que vale la pena experimentar. El personal es amable y dinámico, los tragos están bien y permiten justificar el valor de la entrada. Volvería a hacerlo con amigos que no conozcan el lugar.

We loved the ice bar. Would definitely go back again!

We're a large group (24 people) of bankers from Austria but it was no problem at all booking the tickets for this group.
As I've been there just a view moths ago i hope it's gonna be a great experience again and I'm already thankful for your great service ;)

A unique experience, and good atmosphere. Would recommend

Great experience but would have liked tall drinks in the Icebar I.e vodka/orange because there were only shots available or beer

Had to change my tickets and this was done without any issue and resolved quickly. Response to my emails was always quick.

Super expérience à faire avec du super personnel !!

This is where magic happens!
Had the most amazing time, the drinks were amazing and thr hosts made sure you had a fabulous time.

Worst experience.
Didn’t get given warm clothes, when asked was told, “oh well we don’t have enough right now” but keep up its your time slot.
Pathetic standard freezer type bar….nothing you couldn’t get shoving your head in your own freezer at home for free!
Do not waste your money.

Negative: Quite expensive for the overall experience.
Some of the staff is rude.
Not enough “warm” clothes for everyone even though they say they provide it for you - and the one they give to you stink or are wet,

Positive: the vodka is good.
Some of the staff is nice (it compensates for the rude ones...).
The experience is original (drinking in iced glasses for example).

Absolutely loved our time here. The staff especially were super friendly and made it a really fun experience. Special mention to the sex on the beach cocktail, AMAZING!

This was a shambolic experience and a complete waste of valuable time and money. There is less ice than dignity in that waste of space. But a sex on the beach there is bound to get you some sex on whatever beach you choose

We had a great time it was so much fun, all the staff were really friendly we even stayed in the bar for longer after we left the Ice bar
