Easy to use and great that you can book other attractions through the same website.

Ok so I haven't visited the Icebar yet...but I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong date. When I reached out (via email) and communicated my mistake, they quickly (within one business day) replied to my request for a refund. So, based upon that, I have to say the customer service is above par.

El sitio es muy acorde a lo que se ofrece, pero cuando vas a un bar quisieras escuchar algo de musica... no solo sentir el frio y beber en vasos de hielo (que la verdad estan bastante bien hecho). El sitio me gusto!

Sin embargo le falta "espiritu" de bar cuando entras en el segundo espacio que es donde realmente hace frio.

Bueno para una sola vez, no repetiria.

Het is er heel smerig. Je plakt aan de lvloer met je schoenen. Hebt weinig tijd om je drankje op te drinken.
De jassen en handschoenen die je krijgt zijn kapot en erg dun materiaal.
Je staat hutje matje in de bar. Eigenlijk alleen in de rij voor je drankjes en snel opdrinken en wegwezen want de volgende groep staat al weer te wachten. Erg duur voor een smerige ervaring.

Die Beschreibung bei Get your Guide passte nicht. In der ICE bar direkt gibt es nur Bier, Wodka oder O-Saft (2 frei Getränke).
In der Vorbar gibt es dann ein Freigetränk, da gab es eine kleine Cocktailauswahl.
Leider wussten wir das nicht und 26,50€ ist sehr teuer für 2 Bier, 1 Cocktail und Eintritt.

The Ice Bar was okay, but not what we expected. You are basically in a freezer. They're bits of ice and snow about but don't expect everything to be made of ice as you see at some Scandinavian ice bars. Furst drink in the normal bar was nice, then the two in the Ice Bar are either shots or a beer.
You get a coat and gloves to wear, but my gloves were damp which actually made my hands cold. Some were in there without coats as there were not enough. It's an experience but not worth the money.

The Icebar experience was a present for my boyfriend whilst we were on holiday in Amsterdam. The staff are lovely and you can tell they like their jobs! The offers on alcohol in the bar in the front were very good! My experience with the ice bar was chilly of course it got to -9.8 and that’s all we could withstand haha. It was a beautiful bar made out of ice and it was everything we were expecting and more! We are really grateful for the experience we had and omg I have never been so drunk!

All to expensive compared to what it is. Crowed and a bit of a scam. In and out in less of 20 minutes

Easy to use website and made the venue and offering look enticing. Payment process straightforward. I’m clear on what happens next with tickets and how it will go on the day.

Fun outing. Really enjoyed being in the cold with the staff in character.

It was sorted straight away no quibble new date organised super service

Great fun. We had a really fun time, the staff were excellent, super helpful and funny

What a fun time! We enjoyed the Icebar as it was unique and exciting. Highly recommend everyone try this experience!
