I have ordered RAC Beam Reflectors but received Eurolites. I paid £3 for delivery which won't be refunded to me and I will need to pay for postage back which makes postage unfeasible as I will be losing £6 for postage.

Waiting 2 weeks and a day for paint, no reply in 5 days C.S

5 Emails, all ignored. Sunday through Friday.

Ordered before, all good. Had VAT receipt emailed, then no reply whatsoever to where is my order. This time a waste of time.

This time been ghosted across Monday to Friday emails. Came online to look at reviews and can see the problem

BAD EXPERIENCE, C.S reply when they want and know not why order sent 27 Aug not here by 8 Sept

Ordered and paid for a fuel pump showing in stock, paid extra for fast delivery. Recieved notice of posting around 25 hrs after ordering followed within a couple of hours by an email saying they had refunded me because it wasn't in stock. How can they take money for an item not in stock. How does it take more than 24hrs to realise its not in stock when it was supposed to be a quickly shipping item? Unprofessional

I ordered Fiamma Jumbo ramps for my camper and after being a week overdue was sent inferior cheap unbranded ramps that are about 1/2 the price. No apologies, refund or explanation. Expect sporadic communication and poor service. 1 star is too generous.

An absolute terrible paint match.
almost orange not red toyota 3L5
very disappointed. And I had to collect from old work address when I had repeatedly asked that it be redirected to my home address, in which only they can do.

My only advise is shop elsewhere.
Receive item not as described and then the contact with them is terrible only reply when they want to. Never use again

Never received my order after e mails back and forth, how can a company survive like this?

I would not use this company again!
I ordered touch up paint for a car
Gave them the Registration number as they say they can get correct colour from that
But was sent totally wrong colour
I emailed them and have no response
I checked the plate with the paint code on the car and now through a different paint company have got correct colour.

Very fast delivery to UK mainland, well packed, thank you

Ordered Peugeot door trim clips which arrived promptly and were an absolute bargain at only £3. Great service and would use Xtreme again. Thanks very much guys.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a touch up red/ burgundy for my car.I received bright red paint. Totally unsuitable for my vehicle. E-mailed to ask for a refund including pictures, to be told the pictures weren't good enough (they were clear). Sent more pictures....haven't heard anything...AVOID at all costs...absolutely dire customer service. You will end up out of pocket and paint any colour of the rainbow 🌈.

It’s got 1 * because I could not select 0 *
Ordered touch up stick Blue Mercedes 896, received a dark grey silver , telephoned and told no one to speak too .. email .. emailed Twice with pictures and request to replace with correct colour…. No reply at all , lucky I bought through Amazon so they sorted refund ! Terrible customer service and wish I had read other reviews before , seems like this is a regulate problem 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered paint which they sent the wrong color yet labeled correctly, been 3 weeks and still no refund just stupid messages and repeating themselves, very poor service

Scammers
Orderd car matt off amazon from this company
They never arrived I was totally ignored
Even the yodel admitted this order hadn't been generated
TOTAL SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT
Since reviewing items finally arrived but very poor quality and looked used . My opinion still remains unchanged

Recent touch up paint received for vauxhall corsa, perfect match as always. Have used this company on several occasions for both spray paint and touch up paint. Always found them to be first class. Paint mixed
from paint code or reg no.

Bought "light blue" spray paint but it was actually some sort of pinkish-grayish colour. Completely ruined my car. Avoid buying from them.

Appalling customer service - paid £12.99 for express delivery and they went and used Royal Mail 48. When I contacted the company I was told that the paint that I paid £4.99 for was worth more than £4.99 and that charge had been added into the delivery. I was told that they would not be refunding me my delivery charge and that I got the service I paid for - which is categorically not true. I was also told that Royal Mail 48 can still be delivered next day, and when I stated that delivery is 2-3 working days for this service and that is stated on the website, I was told to 'forget about that'. Avoid at all costs - can't believe this company is still in business.

Ordered Gold touch up paint for my golf, gave registration number as requested and they sent silver, the part number for the paint actually stated that it was silver. They were sent an image of the paperwork and the messaging service on Amazon kept asking for proof, so in the end I sent an email which contained the 20 digit part number. They then asked me to post it to an address in Northern Ireland, I also was told earlier that it couldn’t be sent by post because it was flammable. I complained to amazon and they were pretty useless, I was given a refund against an item I was sent months before and did not relate to the item in question. I just gave it up as a bad experience as the cost to send it back was more than the paint. They simply aren’t a supplier I’ll deal with again.

If I could give zero star I would, bought touch up paint from this company via Amazon, paid an extra £9.99 for two day delivery, still awaiting delivery three days later, have messaged company via Amazon and they have not bothered to reply, wish I had checked on here b4 ordering, now iv got to wait another two days b4 I can get a refund.
My advise DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company

Very quick delivery. Ordered paint to repair Jimny front bumper, great match and came with lacquer too, job done and very pleased with outcome, no spitting or splatter with the aerosols, great quality, will definitely use these guys again superb service, thanks guys.
