We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your order. The wing you received matches the version shown on our website at the time of purchase, but we have since updated the design. As the new version uses different mounting points, the updated stands are not compatible.

We’ve offered to exchange your wing for the revised version at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please contact our support team so we can get this resolved quickly.

To clarify a few important points for future customers:
• The Mercedes Benz E-Class (W212/S212) Future Design Carbon Fibre Side Skirt Trim is an overlay product, not a full replacement rocker panel. This is clearly mentioned in the product description under “Overlay Installation” and in the installation notes that mention bonding tape. While we do include general installation notes across many listings (including references to mounting tabs and possible adjustments), this does not imply that all products will have these features — it’s there to advise on the possibility across our catalog. We do take on board your feedback and will revisit this language to avoid further confusion.
• The product was not defective at the time of shipping or return authorization. You chose to arrange the return independently, and unfortunately, the item was heavily damaged during transit, arriving cracked and beyond repair. We have submitted a claim with FedEx and recommend you also file a local claim under your shipping insurance, as that process is designed to protect customers in cases like this.
• Regarding our manufacturing: This item is part of the Future Design Japan collection, which is made at their dedicated facilities in Asia — this is not a third-party resell. We apply our branding and quality checks to all items under our name.
• We continued to respond to your inquiries professionally throughout the process, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, there are limitations to our return policies when products are returned damaged and not in their original condition.

We remain available to assist with your FedEx claim by providing documentation or imagery as required. Should you wish to collect the returned item, it remains available at our facility.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. We have been in contact with you via Instagram regarding the issue of not receiving order confirmation emails. We did resend your confirmation multiple times, but it appears there may have been an issue with your email provider or inbox settings, which unfortunately is outside of our control.

Your order was placed on June 23rd and was scheduled to ship on June 27th, as communicated to you in our previous messages. That said, we fully understand your frustration, and to resolve the matter, we have cancelled your order and issued a full refund.

We are a legitimate business and take these situations seriously. We never take payment without providing either the product or a refund, and we’re always happy to address any concerns directly.

We hope this resolution is acceptable and that you find what you’re looking for elsewhere. Should you ever wish to give us another try, we’d be happy to assist you properly from the start.
