The product you purchased was indeed designed for the Audi A6, and as you mentioned, it was successfully installed on your vehicle. However, it seems the challenges arose when you decided to transfer the tail light to a different model after purchasing a new car. While the product was no longer under warranty, we made every effort to assist you at no additional cost. This included providing a fitting guide and a new control box, which we believed might resolve the issue.

In our last conversation on June 29th, you mentioned that you had taken the product and your car to a local professional for installation—a step we always recommend for electrical items. We were pleased to hear that the product was successfully installed and functioning correctly afterward.

Regarding the $100 fee you mentioned, we want to clarify that we do not and would never charge for instructions. This information is always provided as part of the purchase. We’re glad the issue was ultimately resolved, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
