Unable to cancel an order!

Update: eindelijk gelukt om de order te annuleren MET kosten a 5%! Belachelijk, nooit meer zaken doen met deze club. Fraude.

Unable to cancel an order! Meerdere verzoeken gedaan tot annuleren, al na 25 minuten na het plaatsen van de bestelling.

Zeer moeilijk om contact te krijgen met de ‘klantenservice’, duurt extreem lang via whatsapp en via e-mail tot er iets van een reactie komt. En als er uiteindelijk een reactie komt dan is de boodschap dat de ‘klantenservice afdeling’ niets kan betekenen en wordt er een link gestuurd die vervolgens op niets uitloopt.

Vertoont wat mij betreft kenmerken van oplichting.

Update to Replacement Part

UPDATE:
Twenty Two Tuning contacted me and has informed me that they will exchange the part for one with the correct placement of the carbon fiber weave. More to follow once I have received the replacement part.
FINAL UPDATE:
I received my replacement part and everything is now correct and looks good. Prior to shipping the replacement part, they sent me a picture to ensure that I am happy with it and it is correct. Many thanks to Jack for assisting me.

Questionable Business Pratices

Ordered a CF antenna cover for my Beemer. What I thought was a UK manufactured item, turned out to be made in China.

First, let me say that the part is perfect! Fits like a glove and looks great.

But I take umbrage with TwentyTwo's obfuscation that their parts are made and shipped from China.

What are you hiding?

Can't you be open and honest?

Qualité et finition MEDIOCRE

Bonjour,

Attention à ce site qui vend des spoilers soit disant de "haute qualité" et en prime ils écrivent "finition main" !
Je ne peux pas mettre de photos ici malheureusement mais la qualité et la finition sont absolument DÉGUEULASSE ! J'ai pris un spoiler pour une Audi TT RS 8S FL de 2019 chez eux spécialement pour éviter les produits aliexpress .. Je paye donc un prix plus élevé (1050€ environ pour 180-250€ aliexpress) pour un produit identique a aliexpress avec un colis en provenance non du Royaume Unis mais de CHINE !
Une tache blanche sur une des ailettes en plein milieu
Des défauts de finitions sur les coins et les arrondis
etc etc
Ils prétendent vendre leur propre produit pour au final commander la chinoiserie d'aliexpress et s'en mettre plein les poches !
J'ai donc lancé une procédure chez Paypal car comme tout bon escroc le SAV médiocre veut d'abord recuperer le spoiler avant de me rembourser sans garantie que je vais être remboursé intégralement et que je ne vais pas payer les frais de port de retour !

HONTEUX !!!!

Payez plus chère ailleurs mais n'achetez pas ici !

Purchased the Carbon tips for my BMW…

Purchased the Carbon tips for my BMW M5. My first problem was the delay in shipping. I finally received the product and after just three days on my car, the attachment screws that secured the tips to the exhaust pipe developed rust. One screw was difficult to remove. I went to a hardware store to get better screws and explained my problem and they said the supplied screws for the exhaust tips were very low quality. Also within two weeks, paint was deteriorating on the center exhaust tips. I contacted customer service and supplied them photos of the problems and explained the problems I was having. Jack the customer service manager actually told me that rust developing around the screws is not a problem and the paint deterioration could be a result of abrasive cleaning. So let’s see, my wiping off the tips with a micro fiber cloth after the car was washed is abrasive cleaning and rust developing after only three days is not a problem? I told him he had no idea what he was talking about and I informed him that I would file a claim with my credit card company for a cheap low quality and defective product. Suddenly I got an email with instructions on contacting their return department to see if the exhaust tips can be returned. Now this company wants me to pay to have the exhaust tips returned when other reputable companies will gladly provide a free shipping label to return defective items. In addition their return policy states that they will only offer a refund to for shipping the tips back if THEY CONSIDER THE ITEMS TO BE DEFECTIVE. So let’s see, I sent them photos that showed rust developing on the attach screws after only a few days on my car and sent photos of the paint deteriorating from the expat tips and their response to me was they pictures were not clear. This company has already denied that there is a problem with the exhaust tips and I’m supposed trust them to refund my shipping costs and admit that their product is defective? I’ve never seen this level of denial, manipulation and excuses from a company before. THIS IS ONE PERSON RUNNING A UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES FROM HIS BEDROOM OR GARAGE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am sorry that you have had a negative experience with Twenty Two Tuning.

From our correspondence with you, we have expressed that we are willing to accept this product and check the defects you have described in this review. Per our warranty on our exhaust tips, if the product is found to be defective from manufacturing, we would cover the item for either a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

In our last email correspondence with you, our customer service manager explained that to arrange any return, we will require a case to be opened at our returns centre. We look forward to rectifying this issue once we have received your contact, sir.

Update - 19/10/2022

We have expressed that better quality images of the defects in question may be enough for us to see if we can help you with this issue. We have yet to receive a reply email regarding this as we would like to resolve this as quickly as possible and make sure you are satisfied with our service.

Ordered some exhaust tips, front lip and m style wing mirrors for my M140I and the quality is spot on! I’ve ordered from other carbon specialist but Twenty Two Tuning is by far the best out there for quality and shipping times!

Shipping times

If you order something and they say 2-4weeks you get the package. Then after two days of buying they say that it will take few months to make the product. Also when you cancel the order you get deducted 5% of the price you paid!! So dont order anything.

Upon reviewing your order. You placed your order on the 22nd of August 2022 at which time we began to process your order.

Due our very high standards of quality inspection, the item we were due to ship to you did not pass our Quality Inspection process which we informed you about 5 days after your order when we were due to ship your product.

We apologise for this as we refuse to send any products that do not meet our high quality requirements.

We did refer you to our shipping policy which you had previously read and accepted before placing your order with us, where we state that we aim to ship items within 10 days however we will inform you if there are any delays or issues with your order before the 10 day period has surpassed.

With regards to your refund. due to Paypal no longer refunding there processing fees we do let all of our customers know that there will be a 5% fee if an order does need to be cancelled. This was agree'd to before placing your order.

We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience sir and we do hope that we see you again in the future along with our thousands of extremely happy customers.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you have negative feedback on this item, as the last time that we had spoken by email, you had sent in images of the spoiler fitted to your M6 with no fitment issues, you later requested to return all of the items you had purchased to which we asked you to open a return case on our website. We have since not had any further emails. Furthermore, your last email to us with the subject line "Very happy" Indicated that you were pleased with the products you had received. We would like to help you as much as possible and ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience to rectify any issues you have with your received products from your order on 17/03/2022.
 
Your order was also received on the 12th of April 2022 Which makes your total order time of 26 days, This was due to a supply issue as we usually aim for a 10 day delivery time.

Came in just 9 days and was high quality.

Ordered Carbon fibre mirror covers and they took 9 days from dispatch from china to Scotland which is pretty good considering its Christmas time. The product looked very high quality and would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for carbon parts.
