We had an outstanding experience with Anshuman from XYZ Law Solicitors in helping us secure our new home. From the very beginning, Anshuman’s communication was exceptional — always prompt, clear, and reassuring. He was consistently available to answer our questions and took the time to explain everything in plain English, which made a big difference.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and how on top of everything he was throughout the entire process. With the looming rise in stamp duty from 1st April 2025, there was added pressure across the whole chain to complete in time — but Anshuman handled it all with remarkable composure and efficiency. He didn’t just manage our paperwork — he stayed across the entire chain, regularly chasing other parties and keeping everyone aligned to avoid any delays.

It genuinely felt like he had our back the whole way through. His professionalism, diligence, and calm approach gave us real peace of mind during a high-pressure period. XYZ made this process so easy! I dreaded solicitors and thought it would be a slow process. But my case handler kept me in the loop constantly, so polite, professional and the whole process for me was 6-7 weeks!! Absolutely insane, it’s a new build so slightly less wait time but nothing like the 11 weeks I expected. This company is amazing and I’ll work with them again and recommend them 100%. Naeema was the best case handler I could have asked for, so responsive and reassumed me throughout the process.

Sabeeha and her team worked effortlessly to complete me and my partners house purchase before the stamp duty deadline. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. At the beginning I had a couple of people handling the sale and purchase of my properties, but once Sabeeha had stepped in, she was an absolute star! She answered my emails and calls within moments, was very speedy with everything and helped pick up the pieces that my old solicitors had made a mess of. It was an auction property on tight schedule for completion. Louise Pugh- our conveyancer was excellent, acted promptly and gave the much needed valuable advice all along the process. She stepped up to the time pressures and acted swiftly, even out of hours. I deducted one star for the app based onboarding process. It delayed a little bit due to teething problems, may be one key person to handle the onboarding would have eased the process. Such aids are supposed to speed up the process but it felt like it was adding to the bureaucracy.

It was a lovely and swift experience with the paper work, Naeema has done pretty well with her excellent proactiveness in handling the transaction. We appreciate you guys. Cheers.

Zulaikhah was really helpful and on top of things during the whole process. We were first time buyers and working with a 3-month timescale so were a little edgy. Whenever we asked for an update we received a response in a respectable time and were pleased to know that Zulaikhah had already preemptively reached out to the seller's solicitor for documents/updates etc.

Communication ramped up in the final days as we got closer and we were able to close/exchange on the same day before our timeline.

We would highly recommend Zulaikhah to anyone.

Louise at XZY was absolutely amazing! We got my purchase completed in two weeks! After our sale was ready to go our purchase had fell behind by the sellers solicitors and Louise our solicitor stepped up and managed to get this turned round in two weeks so we didn’t have to break our chain!! Communication was several times daily and she’s is the loveliest women ever! I cannot recommend her enough, my family are so grateful ☺️

I was initially skeptical with instructing the solicitors recommended by my agent (sold.co.uk) instead of using a local one but I am SO glad I did. Hredi was absolutely fantastic throughout my house purchase, I did not have to chase once, all of the documents were incredibly organised and the report produced at the end was so handy and easy for a layperson to understand. All of the documents are able to sign online until the point of exchange which I found really useful and efficient. I've had nothing but negative things to say about previous solicitors I've instructed but this purchase has been a complete breeze which is completely down to Hredi at XYZ. Thank you so much!! Patryk from XYZ Law dealt with the sale of our Mother's house. He communicated very efficiently both with us and the company dealing with probate. We were kept fully informed of the progress of the sale, with all relevent communications being forwarded in a timely manner. He was very helpful and willing to answer our questions both by email and over the telephone. Nothing was too much trouble.
