Výborné služby, velká spokojenost.

I had several events booked with Yachting.com - full yachtmaster course (practical and theoretical course and exam), radio certification and some standard yacht booking. I must say they have some brilliant knowledge thanks to great skippers and tutors affiliated, but in all those opportunities the organization and communication was abysmal. Pre-course info confusing at best, outdated forms and more than half of my enquiries (e.g. request for clarification) were never answered. For practical course we were promised info 2 weeks in advance but received it less than 48h before departure. For radio certification some people waited more than 2 months after exam to get their license. Yachting.com must surely implement better processes and improve their customer service to professional level - this is not a one-man company. If you're patient enough, you can surely book a course because content-wise it's perfect!

Krásný zážitek na konci sezóny.

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Vše klaplo bez problému. Všechny nadstandartní požadavky vyřešeny ku spokojenost. Někdy bohužel pomalejší komunikace.

Vybírali jsme loď na poslední chvíli a služby Yachting.com byly opět vynikající :-) Rezervovali jsme zánovní loď za super cenu. I další servis - zajištění paddleboardu a podpora při řešení drobných technických problémů byla perfektní. Děkujeme Petr Schich a Honza chlopčík

Everithing works as was promised. We had all information we needed. MG yachts charter: yacht in very good share. Very friendly stuff.

Best boat sailng trip, 5 persons via Bavaria 34 from Pitter charter, very usefull person and competettition. A bit changeable weather, but every day we bathed and of course we also sailed. Satisfaction with the ship, everything clean, worked as it should.

Friendly and helpful customer service, good price and no problems at the charter company. Everything went great.

Our idea was to book a very late opportunity in Greece (2 weeks before flying). We got a very fast response on our request and later also Yacht photos organised from local base management. We also liked the flexibility during our contracting and payment process as we got a small issue with the payment from our side.
