Il loro sistema forse non è perfetto, qualche miglioramento si può ancora fare, ma in complesso assolutamente li consiglio.
Chi dice altrimenti è perché non ha capito nulla o pensa che le cose arrivano senza sforzi da parte loro ...

Ciao Mario, ci dispiace moltissimo che lei non sia soddisfatto del servizio. Tuttavia non appena lei ha scritto alla nostra assistenza, noi abbiamo subito cancellato il suo account e le abbiamo risposto per aiutarla con il problema del plugin, senza ricevere risposta. Successivamente abbiamo inviato altre due email all'indirizzo di posta con cui si è registrato al sito, ma senza successo. La invito quindi a controllare la sua posta, siamo sicuri che possiamo aiutarla con qualsiasi problema lei abbia con il plugin.

Buongiorno Nico, ci dispiace molto che ci siano state delle incomprensioni. A noi risulta che la nostra assistenza abbia provato a contattarla più volte sia per email (@live.it) che per telefono. Il telefono è risultato inesistente e alle email non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Se ci scrive in privato e ci invia tutte le sue info complete, come richiesto nelle precedenti email, siamo pronti ad effettuare il rimborso di 9.36$. Speriamo di chiarire presto il disguido. Stay away as far as possible
After listing on ebay, i got message from ebay saying security was compromised. The store is hard to navigate. Once it gets to their warehouse, you have to sell or loose the money. I am glad i just lost just $58. I did not get refund or anything. Customer service sucks and will not recommend this service to anyone.

We are really sorry to hear about your issues.
However you purchased wholesale items from us, and after only a few days you have asked for a refund without any explanation.
Our customer service team wrote back to you, but apparently not with the reply you had hoped for.
Please note that our Return Policies are clearly stated on our website, and we only refund products that are broken, damaged or they are of the wrong variant.
With regards to the issue with your eBay account, the security notice is not related to our system, and was not cause by our software.
In any case, our customer care team offered assistance in the resolution, however you never replied back.
Un plug in che potrebbe essere il top
Il plug in e l' azienda l' ho scoperta un po' per caso. Sul momento mi sono detto "Che figata". Ma una volta che ho iniziato a usarlo ho notato le tantissime limitazioni nell' uso. Capisco che sia gratuito il servizio. Ma dare la possibilità di richiedere 30 quotazioni mensili tramite il sistema automatizzato, che alla fine forse te ne trova il 40% e di poter richiedere 10 quotazioni manuali dove l' attesa è lunga e non sempre ti trovano l' articolo richiesto è davvero troppo limitante per chi deve costruire uno shop on line con un catalogo ricco. Le quotazioni non andate a buon fine vengono comunque conteggiate nelle 30 quotazioni. Piuttosto preferirei pagare una quota annua (non una cifra esagerata però) e avere un servizio illimitato. Per quanto riguarda il customer service posso dire che va molto bene. Finora ho visto che sono sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Il mio giudizio di 3 stelle è dato solo per la limitazione nell' uso di questo plug in.

Hi Fran, do you have many Chrome Extensions installed on your Chrome Browser? Sometimes happen the 3 parties' Chrome Extension can go into conflict. If you can just try to turn off some of them and Signup again. Thanks sorry for the inconvenience.

Absolutely horrible and truly disappointed in their service.
If you want to work with them make sure you have a product that you are not accepting returns for, because if your customer changes their mind, or if an item does not fit them they will not accept your return, and that is absolutely BS. If I am selling a product to my customer they need to have the option of being able to return their product for a certain number of days, makes no sense that they cannot accept returns. Aliexpress has a way better customer service and return policy!!! Ridiculous. Will not work with them
