Liquidity crisis in a small business can be very irritating and a stressful situation, it is important for a loan company to see the whole picture and to go the extra mile with the client (most lenders don't care they do the bare minimum and its all about risk, they see risk they don't see future potential. I have to say that I am thankful that I got Arthur Leyman as my account manager because he went the extra mile for me, he was kind, patient and he was professional, the most important thing he was creative and he fought for us with the underwriters, I would hire a guy like him for my business.
