Clothes made in China not Indiana. Poorly made. None of them fit. Company stalling about giving a return address for refund. As per other comments they offer a small amount for a refund and tell you to keep the tops. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Would give zero stars if possible.

I have had a horrible experience with Yaroi as I try to return two shirts and get a refund. My total cost was $90.97. First I was told that they could only refund me $30, then $50, then $60. They have thus far refused to send me a refund/exchange form. Their clothes are cheap and poorly constructed. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

I ordered three tops from this company. They arrived on Feb. 9, 2023 because the items did not fit properly. I contacted customer service on Feb. 11, 2023, well within their 30 day return policy. Their response was we will refund you $21 and you keep the merchandise. Emailed them again and their response was the same. Tomorrow I will contact my credit card company. Hello, if the tops fit properly, I would not be returning them.

Edit: Yaroi finally credited my credit card back, after I filed a formal dispute with my credit card company. They still haven't provided a return address to send back the clothes.

Yaroi clothes are poor quality. They deceptively advertised that you can easily return the items within 30 days for a refund. However, they do not provide a return address. When I contacted customer service they wouldn't provide an address or return label and merely offered a refund of only 10% of my original purchase price.

Was able to track the shipment and it arrived on time. Quality of the merchandise was good.

I ordered this top once I learned it was available through a company in the US. i thought it was beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition! It fits like a dream. I wear a size 12 to 14 and ordered a large. It was perfect. I think women of many ages would enjoy these tops. They are unusual, colorful and easy to care for. I will definately continue shopping with Yaroi!

My two shirts arrived in a timely fashion. The fit perfectly and the fabric is lovely. Definitely exceeded expectations. Will be purchasing again soon. Thank you

I ordered an item on 1/12/23. The item was too large and didn't fit well. I emailed on 2/1/23 requesting return instructions and a full refund—their website states 'free refunds within 30 days' and 'easy returns'. Not true and misleading! I received an emailed response asking if a $13 refund would be okay. I paid $39.99 for this item that did not meet my expectations whatsoever—it wasn't anything similar to what was advertised on the website. The item was made of cheap fabric and the pattern was ugly and the colors were dull. Horrible! It's the ugliest tunic top I've ever seen. The company won't accept a return for a full refund even though it's never been worn and the tags are still on. Shady advertising on how customer service matters and a rip off! Ordered over four weeks ago. My payment was processed immediately.
Eventually, I was sent a tracking number. For the past 3 1/2 weeks, my package still shows at the supplier, not in transit. USPS confirmed this.
I wrote for a cancellation and refund; they have refused. I can return the item ( who is paying for shipping?)

I misread the advertisement relating to price, and tried to cancel the order when I discovered the shipping total was in excess of $20. The order was NOT cancelled, I received it via "overnight" shipping more than 10 days after placing the original order (so you're wasting your money on "overnight" shipping). However, the shipment is lovely, and I'm glad I got the two tops. I will order again, but not without carefully reading the ad.

Gorgeous prints and lines, excellent tailoring. Overall good quality. Fabrics made of recycled material. - good for humanity. All synthetic - not breathable exactly - not breathable. To go out for a few ours is fine - but to wear ALL day. - uncomfortable.

The package was delivered much sooner than expected! The items I ordered are gorgeous. Just as pictured with soft beautiful material yet fitted sexy styling. I love all 4 outfits!

I don't think this is a reputable company. I ordered 4 women's tops in large, and the tops were received weeks later and are easily sizes XXL. I can fit another person in them! The pouch they get delivered in has no return address, no information enclosed how to exchange. Only an email address on correspondence I received, but no one responded. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Quality is horrible and if you think they will return anything think again. I have requested an RA 5 times in the last week and the only answer I received via email is this:

I have responded to this email multiple times. Nothing. HORRIBLE service and products are deceiving. Cheap material. Nothing like what they look like on line.

The quality of the sweaters is very good! It took a while for them to arrive but it was worth the wait!
