The sweaters do not fit even though I ordered the sizes according to the size chart and my measurements. I have tried to contact the company several times and have yet to hear from them.Then I read the return policy and it seems they don't take things back if they don't fit. I think the words they used were "size differences are inevitable". And apparently I must return these to China at my own expense, probably more than they are worth. BEWARE.

The sweaters are very good quality, they fit well and I am happy with the product. The service was poor as I placed this order back in the first of December and I just received it on Thursday January 19. I finally emailed customer service a month after ordering and not receiving the product and I was told the order while in transit was involved in a accident. I was then told just to give it a few more days as it was in transit. I requested with 3 emails to please give me tracking info. It was not useful as there was no way to actually track the package, just a list of days and "in transit" For customer relations, it would have been helpful if literal tracking infomation had been available, then I could have followed and known it was delayed and where it was delayed due to an accident. Finally after contacting customer service numerous times, the package was mailed back out and I received it in 4 days. The Credit card was charged the day I ordered and I feel like had I not kept contracting your service department I probably would never received the order. So although I truly like your product, it is a bit hard to know whether to trust ordering again.

This is not a good company, in fact I don't think they exist. I ordered from them on Dec. 7, 2022, to date I've never received my order (Jan. 20, 2023). They will not give you a refund, and the only way to can reach them is through email, they do not have a phone number for you to reach anyone. And like other reviews posted, they are NOT in the U.S. They advertise on Facebook and they have different names but the same products. BEWARE, AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

My items were too large and I wanted to return them. My total cost was $90. They offered me a refund of $12 and said I could keep the items.
Please do not order from this company. They state that they do accept and you can return their clothing. That is not true.

My package of two sweaters arrived in two sealed plastic bags, the sweater were nicely folded. I have worn both of them over a camisole and enjoyed them. I ordered a camel color I seldom wear but am enjoying these and will order this color again. This seems to be a nice organization.

Fine....shipping fast ....great shopping experience.

The ordering was very easy. I tried both on and they seem a little large for me. I plan to wash them and dry them on high hot levels to see if there will be a little shrinkage.

Horrible products and return policy on the web site is a lie. Took 1+ month for order to arrive. I was told to return the poor quality product to Dubai at my cost. Offered $40 for a $100 order and keep the sweaters.
I would rate -0 if I could...STAY AWAY!

I ordered two sweaters thinking they were made in the United States, which is what they advertise on their website and ads on Facebook. The sweaters were shipped from China. They have no country of origin labels and no materials labels, only a size and a care label. They took four weeks to arrive.

Quality and fit are not as pictured. Returns for anything but quality control will be made difficult to impossible.

The sweater is very nice and seems to be good quality. Be aware that it has a defined waistline, so If you are long-waisted it will sit too high on your body. It took three weeks for my shipment to arrive, but when it finally did the shipment was in good order. I would return the sweater because of the waistline issue (not because there is anything wrong with the sweater) but the return process is too cumbersome to be worth the hassle. Bottom line: it’s a nice sweater, but be sure it’s right for you and that you are willing to wait three weeks to get it.

I don’t know how they do it, but these pieces are stylish, well made and stunningly reasonable in terms of price.
