This is the absolute worst brand I have ever seen, complete garbage, all its product are not worth it, not even a quarter of its value, the prices are preposterous, ridiculous just as much as the owner who created this brand.

No packing slip with the order so you don't know what size you're receiving. They sent me the wrong size shoe! Terrible distribution, terrible packaging, terrible customer service. Won't offer customers a decent resolution accept a refund within 7-10 business days after they have inconvenienced you! Just all around terrible. If I could leave -1 stars I would! This place is just terrible!

To bad I had to give one star I was sent the wrong size back in December so I returned them 2 days later they received them on the 27th of December and yet I’m still waiting on my refund. I contacted them 6 times and keep getting the same story I just want my money back

I would give Yeezy supply zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of Yeezy Boosts 350 V2s ($244.98) for myself but turns out someone got them for me as a gift that same day. So I returned the pair I bought and they received it on 1/3/2020. It will be one month soon and still no refund. When I contact them about it there is only a chat option... so far I’ve contacted them 4x and they all say the same (rehearsed) thing. “This issue has been escalated and is currently being resolved. You can expect to see your refund processed within the coming days. You may contact us with case number 23095410 for any questions or additional concerns you may have. No further action will be necessary. We thank you for your patience regarding this as we know this had taken time to process.” I will never purchase from Yeezy Supply or any Yeezys ever again. Seems like they don’t intent to give my money back because they pretend not to know why it’s taking so long. Rest assured I will get my money back one way or the other though...

Yeezy supply has to be the absolute worse company in the world. To say that the owner is a self professed Christian is laughable and demonic. Return policy is not clearly stated on the website and getting in touch with their customer service via chat would try the patience of Job. Buyer beware!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't believe Adidas is referring their customers to this site. Please listen to all of the reviews. They have the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I had no idea I was ordering from them and I WILL NOT order from Adidas again knowing they are referring their customers to this site. I hope Adidas dissolves this relationship because their customer service team is inept and not worthy of the money you spend on these shoes.

Yeezy is the worst online shop I’ve ever bought from i ordered my shoes 26 days ago and i only receive updates when i ask. I got an email from fedex saying my shoes would be here over a week ago then three days after that i got another email saying it was still pending, the amount for the shoes have already been charged and I’ve gotten service charges added to my card three times for a dollar each time. Horrible horrible website.

No phone number for customer service. Website access for customer service is either not available or requires a VERY long wait. If you finally get through after 7 days they will not accept a return. Do not purchase for a gift unless it can be returned within 7 days and you plan to cyber stalk customer service to get a label- this is not included with your item.

Real review: do not bother purchasing from YeezySupply. I preordered though Yeezy Mafia and my order was secured and confirmed through Yeezy Supply. Received my order number and tracking number day after release from Yeezy Supply. It’s been a week and no activity on the Tracking numnber. Tried to contact Yeezy supply and only CHAT option is available.. waited over three hours to get through to an online agent just for them to tell me no refund and that if i wanted a manager I can call the 1-800 number. I called the 1-800 number and it’s just adidas’s number.. was on hold for over an hour with them and still no resolution. Disputing the charges now for both Yeezy Mafia and Yeezy Supply

Seriously consider making your yeezy purchase off of another site if you really want the item. I have NEVER left a review and do a lot of online shopping but I feel compelled to warn people yeezy supply website is extremely poorly run you can not get a hold of them as there is only live chat support and they always have over 100 people ahead of you so essentially you will never get to talk to them as it says “all representatives busy” this is the message I have been getting for 5 days after accidentally selecting the wrong size shoe on my order. I noticed right away and wanted to change but it is impossible. However I haven’t even received a confirmation email so who knows if I’ll even get them even though my credit card has already been charged. Worst customer service I have ever experienced I am actually shocked and believe the positive reviews are fake. Please beware and buy from a reliable retailer. Come on Ye you’ve got multiple drops a month but can’t even hire people to properly work your site!? Step it up very disappointing!

Idk why, my five card are declined, i asked customer service they let me ask my own bank, i already call 3 banks, bank companies said my card don't have any peoblem. and they didn't get any purchase canceled.
i already told to the supptor 3 times, but i got the same answer :ask your bank security department.

This is hands down the worst site to buy yeezys on. I tried to buy a pair of 350's on black friday and I got a conformation email that day. Almost 2 weeks later and it has not shipped stuck on label created.i have asked for a refund and they refuse to give me my money back saying they have escalated the issue and will have someone contact me within 24-72 hours. That is a completely lie as they have told me this everyday for almost two weeks now with no one reaching out to me.Their customer service is garbage as they only can be contacted on their chat page on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This store is downright trash.

I brought a Yeezy 350v2 ref-blackX3 and they send it to FedEx. And them FedEx lost it.FedEx told me to contact the shipper as it is Yeezy supply but they don't care about did I got the shoes or not they said this page is just bought. There's no refund I was like what the hell I didn't get the shoes and I have to pay the bank the credit card? And then they told me to contact FedEx and it goes back again. And I told me to send me another one they said I can't do that because of it, not our fault .ofc I know its not your fault but if FedEx can't find it then the shipper had to do something? right? they just don't even care about me.
