It won’t let me access the site no matter I do, even if I change device or browser

I used to be able to buy on this site and since the last update I cannot anymore. No bot, just a person trying to buy Yeezys. Too bad.....no more Yeezys.

Honesty this site was terrible. It was so much better when it was run on Shopify. But now there’s IP bans for legit users, and bots take all the stock. Kanye says he wants his products to be available to real/more people but at this point that feels like a lie because bots and resellers get everything.

Terrible, waited 3 hours to buy something, never even let me purchase. Horrendous experience, never buying again.

I have been all morning waiting for sale to start and for some reason the website BAN me from Buying or tried to Buy is not cool at all waiting for over 1 hour and in 5-10 minutes after sale started I got Block is Bull seriously second time it has happened I have also tried with a different device and still the same ya’ll need to update the Website for the real BOTS TRYING TO BUY EVERYTHING NOT A POOR GUY JUST LEGALLY TRYING TO BUY A PAIR OF SNEAKERS..

I have been trying to get on to the website for 6 weeks now. I'm just trying to buy a pair of shoes for retail instead of buying them for resale. not cool Yeezy supply.

I give one star because I have to. I’ve been trying to purchase sneakers on this site for over a year and have landed one pair I’ve even waited in there so called waiting room for hour to be told that there sold out. I even get all their emails. I’m unsubscribing this site is trash don’t waste your time. I guess you have to have a bot to buy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

I always try to purchase their popular sneaker yeezy in the site. Every time I spent 2 hours waiting to purchase, when it comes to my turn. I always get errors message. Message says my time is up, it only been 1-2minutes. The site doesn’t give a chance for us to fill out the credit card info and shipping address.

Absolute incompetent company. I accidentally filled out the wrong state and zip code for my billing and shipping address yet they shipped my order out. I emailed them to cancel the order but they told me to go pick it up. I wouldn't be able to pickup the package since it's in a different state! Luckily UPS realized the incorrect information and shipped it to the correct state.

Due to the fact that the state was different, I was charged tax for that state (my state doesn't charge tax for apparel). I emailed them again to see if the tax could be corrected. This is the reply I received from them:

"As much as we love to give you back the tax because of the wrong state and zipcode in the address, we don't have it anymore. It was already given to the government."

I am completely baffled by their response. I won't be spending my money with this company anymore. There are other retailers that sell the same shoes and have better customer service.

Idk how y’all got scammed but I ever got scammed and I bought a few things from them. Site moves slow so I’ll save the last star for later. I have been doing a lot of sneaker reviews for them so I don’t mind.

Straight up SCAM. Don’t believe the hype, you will eventually have to file a dispute with your credit card company. That take orders without having items in stock. Zero communication, never arrived, nothing. #CancelKanye

Another AWESOME experience with ordering from Yeezy Supply, as the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Cinder Reflective was a COMPLETE Shock Drop and I was lucky enough🤩😍 to cop in my size 7 and they are 🔥🔥🔥!! Fast shipping and seamless transaction, as usual!! 💯 Satisfied!!

I put in a pre order for a pair of cinder RFs and received an email a few days later saying it was unsuccessful, and I got refunded. A few weeks later I get a $500 charge on my cc from them. After reaching out to them multiple times they said that because the item I had attempted to pre order (a month earlier! And I was told it was unsuccessful and already refunded for) Had now come in stock, my order went through. And I haven't authorized or consented in any way to that purchase. They just charged me for it and shipped out to me. And now it's a real pain contacting a rep to sort this out. A very bad experience and I will never be dealing with these crooks again.

I tried to order a pair of ADIDAS YEEY 700 V3 ALVAH through the yeezy supply website. I finally got into the store and picked my size but my purchase kept coming up saying invalid card. I tried 3 different cards and they all said invalid. I called the card companies and they told me cards were fine. I emailed yeezy supply but I have not gotten a response yet. By the looks of reddit I am not the only one that had this problem. Their website is poorly designed If you are trying to get a pair of yeezys you are better off going through the Adidas website. Honestly, I have never had any luck ordering any new release from this site. Unless you have a bot running or someone who does have one you will never be able to purchase anything from this site. Don't waste your time..

Ordered a couple of Yeezys and they were stuck at label creation through UPS. I kept checking and the shipment eventually got cancelled by UPS. I contacted YS to get a refund, but they took longer than 2 weeks. I went ahead and did a charge-back because they took so long. Now I'm banned from the site from ordering when they were in the wrong.

I just received my beautiful Earth Yeezys. After seeing these bad reviews, I was scared so I spoke to customer service to confirm my order. Customer service agent Von Jover was very professional and kind with confirmation of my order and status. The next day I received confirmation of shipping and 5 days later they have arrived on my doorstep and they fit great! So Happy. Thank you Yeezy supply for a smooth order process.

This is so ridiculous, I rarely use this website and the other day was just curious and I visit this yeezy supply website, get a damn error page like i use this website for scam or hacking, while on the other hand I see people using bot for the website and me as human get banned. Fix this site, make it hard for bots not for a damn human being. I talked to my wifi providers and replied me that this thing is weird and dunno how is it possible having an error page, I did everything and did my best to fix it. Nothing of nothing. Please kindly need a help or fix the issue, because it's just ridiculous seeing people visit the website through a bot and me as HUMAN, can't get the access.
