Item never came and no customer service. Complete scam!

No Customer Service! It’s a complete scam. No return.

Never reply to emails. Sending shoes and returning them with no warning. Charging shipping for returns that were never requested. Never had a worse experience.

This is not a legit site. Don’t order from here. I ordered over a month ago. Still no product. Just emails in broken English explaining how busy they are. How this website is still online is beyond me.

This place should be investigated and shut down by the local authorities. I ordered a pair of yeezy 500's and the package I received only contained an M-50 covid mask! Whoever owns the place should be arrested!

Very bad customer service I reached out to them to explain what happened they emailed me back with some bs not even given any consideration of my needs nothing has been resolved since then I have sent numerous emails to them to get some kind of help and no response my shoes is still missing and they haven't even tried to reimburse let alone contact me and find a resolution never again buy from them

I ordered two pair of shoes in November I haven't received the shoes nor a tracking number the email changes daily an no response do not spend your money here its a bullshhh site an im taking legal action against them

Ordered 2 donda hats. Almost a month now and have not received. Contacted their customer service and no response.

Yeezy Supply provide one thing : worst customer support ever. They are incompetent, and their website is malfunctioning and lacking of must-have features.
Furthermore, the authenticity of shoes is questioning. And you may have an high chance that you will never receive your items.

DO NOT buy anything from them, you have been warned.

Even when shoes are in stock, the website makes the shopping process either impossible or incredibly painful. These are "premium", expensive products being released, but they make the process utter hell. Only use this site if you want to wait upwards of 30 minutes to an hour just to have the site eventually tell you "bot detected" even though you've never used a bot in your life.

Tried, tried, tried, tried and tried again to get on the site…… says bot detected, rubbish, waste of my time.

Bad way to release yeezys. Gives all the shoes to the bots while blocking out regular people.

Can't access the website. Seems to be forbidden to real people and only allows bots to connect to the website. You should fire your IT guy because he clearly sucks!

Million dollar company that's unable to make their site work properly.
Bot protection that doesn't let normal people in but bots have free hands.

I like Yeezy Supply , But the only prob is . I don’t like how I’m receiving the shoes . It’s like they been through a ruff patch doing shipment or they are being made poorly !

for over a year me and my family have not tried to buy shoes on Yeezysupply, we get a message that we do not have access to the site !!!! we do not use any bots, we do not even know how it works, we are not scammers, we contacted the YS service and they provided us that everything is alright - that they had some error in the system !! it was a year ago! until today we can't buy shoes when I choose us !! take care of frauds what on youtube show how they buy 10 pairs and more and you do not harass normal people what they wait until their happiness smiles !!! it is embarrassing !!! and sad at the same time!
