I never even heard of Yeezy. I'm a single female who does NOT wear Yeezy Sneakers. Whoever Fraudulently used my CC, I'm Unleashing Major Karma for YOU.

I ordered some shoes on 5/12/20 and payment was immediately taken from my account. Now 10/3/21. No sign of trainers. No reply to multiple e mails requesting product or refund. I highly recommend you avoid this website!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!! ORDERED FOR MY SON IN NOV 2020. POSTAGE SAID PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED JAN 12 COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT SEND THE SHOES I PURCASED THEY SENT A PHONECASE SO IT LOOKS LIKE THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!!!! AND PAYPAL WILL NOT REFUND!!

I ordered yeezys On Christmas for my Christmas and it said it would take up to 7-12 days to arrive and it will be getting delivers by FedEx and still hasn’t arrived big fat 0 from me

It is a scam!! If I could make this a negative star I would. I have had the same experience as all below. It’s been over a month since I ordered and haven’t received. I have no tracking information snd just some fake email to write to that keeps telling me to be patient they are in their way. Do not believe it. This is totally fake. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I recommend you all do the same to get their site down and have a viable case to get your refund enforced since they refuse to give a refund!

Its a scam, bought some yeezies and soon released they wasn't genuine after the PayPal address was linked to China, no contact details and email link incorrect and no order confirmation. Opened a dispute with PayPal

Yeezyson sale.com is a scam it is a website from China with great prices on all yeezys do not order anything from them you will not receive your merchandise and will be charged expensive shipping fees there email address is bogus a person who can’t even speak English replies with a message be patient with your order well you will never receive it

Their own return policy on returns.yeezysupply.com says 30 days, but they insisted it was 7 days and denied my return for being one day over. (check the link for yourself, it's 30 days) They just kept giving me stock answers and refused to acknowledge that their website was wrong. I could have easily returned in 7 days if their returns page had not given me incorrect information.

Horrific customer service. Never in my life have I heard of a company straight up refusing a return for being one day over, especially when they caused the issue in the first place.

Yeezy Supply support is absolutely abysmal a package I was supposed to recieve 3 months ago was lost and I filed a claim with UPS more than 2 months ago and it was approved all the way up to needing Yeezy Supply to contact UPS so the Claim has been approved, I've been contacting YS support for over 2 months telling them this but getting the same generic answer with no progress and at this point I was I purchased with a credit card so I could simply mark the charge as fraud get my money back and be blacklisted from buying from them again because I 100% never will be, how can a company so large as they are have no customer support number and a service team that only pastes 3 generic replys

When they were dope, the site was trash to use and now nobody cares anymore for the most part. If the site was fixed up years ago who knows what I might be writing right now!

Waste of time!

Recently bought new pair of Yeezy’s Carbon with No issues at all. The key was using Firefox browser with my Lap. Explorer was trash.

Terrible. Got in to purchase pretty quickly but got stuck on review and pay.

Horrible, I got in the checkout and I was really lucky. I put the info in and it was stuck in review and pay!! For 5 min, then it was sold out!!!!!! I’m so pissed, I got in but stupid website won’t let me buy. Sites trash.

I've never been able to properly access the site.

Um, blocked by their 'bot protection' on all my devices and browsers but I don't use a bot.
