Really nice goods at a reasonable price, but for me the real selling point was the exceptional customer service. I had an issue due to my error and they came back almost instantly and sorted it out, they had no obligation to do so. I highly recommend this seller for their range, price and service. The sort of service you used to get from the local quality ironmonger and hardware store.
Rubbish customer service, nice products
Nice products but customer service is awful. Kayleigh responded to my email in a curt and dismissive manner, I found her incredibly unhelpful and rude. They are selling an oval knob with backplate and they come with a set of screws which arenât long enough to fit a standard thickness kitchen cupboard door. She responded to tell me 15mm is standard door thickness (wrong) and I need to buy longer screws. 15mm doors are the thinnest doors you can feasibly buy and definitely not standard, more commonly doors are 18-22mm thick. I think itâs a massive oversight on their part that the fixings (the length of which are not stated on the website details) donât work with standard doors. Furthermore if the fixings are intended for use with 15mm doors then this should be stated in the description on the website. Given their 5* rating on Google itâs clear they delete negative ones on Google as Trustpilot has more transparency and the reviews here speak for themselves.

Can't fault the customer service, even though the replacements were delayed (which was out of their control) the team were super helpful and lovely to speak to!
Excellent customer service
I ordered some brass hanging rails and prior to delivery I realised Iâd ordered the wrong ones ⊠I messaged them and they immediately sent me their address for a return. I sent on Wednesday and received an email notifying me my refund had already been processed ⊠now thatâs what you call good service !!
My replacement has already arrived (Iâve ordered the right one this time) and itâs excellent quality ⊠putting it up tomorrow !!!!!

I ordered a light shade from this company and this was my first time using them. Just after I ordered, i received an email from Kayleigh who reached out as the design of the light shade had changed and she wanted to confirm it would be okay with my fitting. She sent photos to show the change. I was really impressed that such care and attention to my order was given. It is so lacking these days and it is such a breath of fresh air that restores faith. I will definitely be shopping here again as much as I can! Item came very quickly and I am on a Scottish Island.

Poor delivery performance
I ordered drawer knobs on September 26th and paid for express 1-2 day delivery. Finally delivered on October 2nd, Six days later. After complaining, they blamed Evri!! They refunded the express delivery charge butI will not be using them again.

I placed my order on 2 July (money was taken from my bank on 3 July) and apart from getting a confirmation of my order I have heard nothing since & it's now 16 July. They had said delivery would be 3-5 days. I have sent them emails, left several messages on their phone and received absolutely no response. Their live chat does not operate as a live chat as there is no response when you type in what you want to say so it seems their live 'chatter' may have died. Their recorded message says they can't take calls due to being too busy. I am beginning to think that maybe they have gone into receivership as this same kind of non response has happened to me in the past with another company. I would advise anyone to think carefully about paying any money to this company as you may end up losing it......
I once was a loyal customer
I'm torn because I was a huge fan of this company, placing multiple orders when renovating my kitchen, bath, pocket door and laundry room. About 5 months ago I placed an order for a door handle set. The listing did not mention that another part would need to be purchased seperately in order to install.
The part that I am missing will cost 3x the price once duty and shipping are factored in. It's a bespoke size, and I have spent 5 months trying to find something that will work here in Canada. So I am stuck with a very expensive, un-installable door handle set, or I am forced to pay $150 to have the missing part sent to me.
Customer service was not apologetic, or helpful - especially as it was clearly their error. So unfortunately, I am no longer the raving fan I once was and will be finding a supplier closer to home as I finish the rest of my projects. It's a huge shame. A more helpful interaction from either Kayleigh or Fay could have kept a loyal customer.

I have bought quite a few things now from Yester Home as I have been very happy with the quality of the products and pricing there on. I messed up on one big order, bought it early for the customer and then they had communicated the wrong colour. Bronze rather than brass. Only a minor mistake but a big difference in colour. It was just over 30 days from when I bought them but fortunately Kayleigh in customer service was great and allowed me to return them so I could buy the right colour again. Itâs a business working with you that makes you want to use them over and over. I highly recommend Yester Hone based on my experience of when things go wrong.
