I ordered some door handles from Yesterhome, and although they were out of stock, Kayleigh went above and beyond to ensure they arrived in time for me.
I was so impressed by the friendly and helpful communication and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional quality of products and great customer service.

Products are lovely but watch out for that returns policy. I recently bought around £500 worth of handles and wall brackets for a project which unfortunately over ran meaning I couldn't make choices from the selection I bought within the 30 days in their Ts and Cs. None of the returns had been opened and I kept 80% of what I'd ordered so I thought they might accept them for a refund but no, store credit only. Short sighted as now they will go on Ebay new for half price - not great for a premium brand and I bet this happens a lot! Won't order from them for the next project, expensive mistake.

Excellent customer service. I'm so grateful for how they worked with me on a compatibility issue with a doorhandle an my bespoke door. Family run business = bags of common sense. So lovely speaking to a reasonable human who cares. I will definitely recommend Yester Home and use them again. I also bought these brass brackets for a very heavy marble shelf which look stunning and very high quality.

Wonderful company with beautiful, high quality products

I ordered a Vintlux Batten Fitting in ‘Antique Brass’, but I got sent it in the Nickel colour.

I guess it’s buyer beware…it’s a shame as I now have to add them to my list of websites that are blacklisted on my Google account. This means that their website won’t come up on any of my (and my families) future searches on Google.

Luckily I used a ‘Hide My Email’ when registering an account with yesterhome.com. This means that I can deactivate that email address and prevent any possible spam that they could send me.

In summary, from my experience there’s no guarantee that you will be sent the right colour of the item you order from yesterhome.com.

Ordered an outdoor light. It broke after a few weeks but as there were some strong winds Yester Home were not prepared to replace. I ordered a replacement and received a confirmation saying it would take 3-5 days to deliver. That was over a month ago and I have now been informed (because I chased) that it will come "at some point at the beginning of March". There has been no apology for the late reply- in fact I received a passive aggressive email pointing out that the listing suggests an extended delivery period of 10-14 days (which is much less than I've been waiting). There is no indication that this is surprising or disappointing service for Yester Home. I will continue to wait because I have no option but I will not be buying from them again!

Just beautiful kitchen door knobs. Couldn't be more happier with the brilliant customer service and fast delivery. The products are amazing quality and I would recommend this company to everyone! Made our lives super easy! Just fab!

Great company. We bought some cast iron cupboard knobs for our kitchen cabinets. They arrived really quickly, they were beautifully well packaged (it was like opening presents on Christmas day) and the knobs themselves are good quality, heavy and well priced compared to others we were looking at. We would also like to say thank you to Kayleigh in customer services who was so polite, friendly and helpful with our queries.

Recently purchased quite a number of kitchen handles online from their Cotswold collection. I was nervous spending so much money on non-refundable items (due to being made to order) but they’ve arrived today and they are perfect. Really heavy, quality items and finished beautifully. They were packaged really well and arrived far quicker than I was expecting. Easy to fit too. Thank you Yesterhome from a very happy customer!

Wonderful, prompt service with quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Bought the small Victorian knocker. Poorly made. The casting at the back was not proud so knocker does not sit flush.The fixings are M6 and not M5 as advertised. Good thing I checked What's 1mm when you are drilling a hole!!! There is no template for drilling the holes. The knocker itself is very stiff as the pin looks to be out of line. Awful,. Don't buy
