As a first time buyer, I don’t know how I would have managed the process of buying a first home with my partner without Alan’s help. He was very good at explaining complex topics in intuitive ways and I always felt like he had our backs. On several occasions we found ourselves bewildered by something in the paperwork and Alan set our minds at ease after a quick message or phone call.
