What a service we received from start to finish. I know we weren't the most straightforward clients, but Alan didn't make as feel like a nuisance, and no question was too silly (I'm sure we asked lots of silly questions). I can't recommend Your Next Step enough. Throughout the entire process Alan and Patrick have been informative, reassuring and incredibly professional. As a first time buyer the mortgage process is very intimidating but the team at Your Next Step made it feel much less so.
