Best costumer care ever. Very friendly, helpful people and so much more. I have found YOCA Lab on Instagram and immediately made a paint for my husband’s bday. Sketch seems to be very similar to us, same for the 2 cats. Hopefully will remain the same once it will arrive to me. So grateful I have found them.

It's been months the pictures are nothing like us I'm over sending in pictures as they can't get it right still waiting for a refund immensely disappointed

Service, speed, and a stunning result.

It’s been 4 months since I ordered and I haven’t received my final design yet. I have been told so many time that “the illustrator is working on it.” Although, I have to say that the customer service is pretty good as I exchange about 20 emails with them, receiving a prompt response every time. But, at the end of the day, I haven’t received my money back NOR my order.

Great experience, the team was very responsive to my ideas and helped me through my experience. The finished product was perfect.

Thank You Yoca Lab for bringing my vision to life.
It was a gift for my boyfriend's 26th birthday and he loved it! had one small fix up with the sketch, but they were able to make it perfect at the end. So detailed and colourful! was so excited to give the final product to him. It's his facebook cover at the moment.

Definitely going back for more in the future.
