I ordered a painting for the first time, and it totally blew me away! The art was just lovely. I later printed it out in my own city, which was super convenient.

But let me just say this—go ahead and order from here without any worries! The outcome will surely meet all your expectations. Personally, I’m beyond thrilled, and so is my boyfriend, for whom I ordered the painting.

It took forever and the drawing doesn’t even look like the pictures..the website says 3-5 workdays for the sketch and then another 3-5 workdays for the drawing which is reasonable but they can better change that to 3-5 WEEKS. I am not happy with the drawing and their customer service as I have told them multiple times that I don’t like the drawing and when I asked them to start over completely they just said that it will have an extra cost. Great service…

It was perfect! The chat with the support team for super fast and the drawing was delivered in time.

I had very fast responses and I love even when I asked for things to change or be fixed the responses were very polite and the changes were made very quickly. One suggestion I'd have is for higher resolution documents sent because I had problems with it being blown up for big prints.

They responded everything, very helpful and friendly staff. They took about 6days because I made changes.
The only thing they don’t specify is that they don’t send you the painting, in my opinion Very expensive just for a drawing.

My expectation was that the painting would have more detail. Also they took longer than they indicated.

Do not order from them. They don’t take any of the details you wrote when sketching. They ask for more details but don’t I clude Anything! They take forever to draw it I have to keep emailing them. They advertise that 3-5 days for a drawing…. It’s been a month and I’m trying to get them to add edits. What is the point of asking for details in your picture if they are not going to listen. I gave All these personal details for the picture to be funny and they literally just drew us in it with nothing special, no flare, no details. I’m still waiting on my edits. Very disappointing

Ordered and paid over a month ago, no reply from customer service or any updates on my order.

Waiting for over two week and not being looked after

I had almost the same experience as the other comment writer. I purchased the paintings to be done in early november for CHristmas in 2023, to stay in time with the printing and etc..
HOwever the delivery was not 3-5 days more than 1,5 months, I was late to christmas.
My comments were not made, max 50%, and I was not satisfied with the outcome but I was willing to go with it for Christmas. Since we ran out of time I said that I am more then disappointed so at least modify it according to the given details.
However, they failed to do that since that time. After MORE THAN 1,5 MONTHS OF TALKS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE they informed me as of today that the PDF is available, and they retouched NOTHING. SO they still did nothing.
During the never ending conversation with the customer service, many times they failed to respond normally, they have not read along the conversation (mail chain) before they answered and so on....

Full disappointment, totally not worth the money.

Ordered a Simpsons-Style art piece for my partner for Christmas. Their website advertises 3-5 days for completion. I ordered on the 29/11/2023. Did not receive the finished product until 27/12/2023. They did not even start drawing or update the product tracker for the first time until the 10/12/2023.

I had to email/message 6 times to ask for updates, each time I only received an automatic AI response. The art itself is good, however, they only drew 50% of my requests (it’s advertised that the more detail you give, the more detail they’ll draw) but after such a long wait, I didn’t want to have to ask for changes so just accepted the first piece they sent. Will NOT be using again.
