bisher kann ich nichts negatives sagen, schneller Support und klar definiert. schön wäre es wenn die Sprache einstellbar wäre, gerade in Deutsch klingt es manchmal etwas schwer aber ansonsten super ^^

I tried youpay since i heard good things about it and how it’s better than throne but for some reason my experience says otherwise. Throne has been decent with support and easy for withdrawal processes and verification. Youpay on the other hand has been difficult to use since day 1. I think the worst part is the lack of support from the support team especially for very important matters. I’ve lost or almost lost gifters because of the fluctuation in fees for payout gifts which i still haven’t received an answer to my email about why the fees increased by $10 usd for the same payout. I would save yourself the hassle and just use throne or another platform that is more responsive. Also just hate how they don’t have an app either, the whole youpay platform is just extremely inconvenient.

Excellent service. I use youpay as a content creator to make sure that gifting & tipping are safe and secure for both me and my fans!

YouPay stepped up for business like mine. They saw we're Amazon was failing by giving out private personal information in shared wish lists.
They made it easy for me to still get those gifts but to protect my identity.

Website never worked the server had been down a month not one person is fixing it can't even complete the age verification with phone number with a error code server error 😡 I have emailed you guys multiple times no reply back which is rude please fix your website or I will find a different platform and you get a bad reviews.

I love youpay!! i use it for findom purposes and it age verifies, it has fast payouts, easy to use , and i love how youpay is engaged with people on twitter and other users, i would’ve gone to the cocktail party but im from canada!

Every step has been simple and straightforward and the site is easy to use.

DO NOT USE! Especially if you need the money asap! They have been holding my money hostage due to it needing it being “reviewed”. they sent me that I needed to confirm it was donative, my social media, and the gifters name. Provided all of that, and also my gifter got an email as well to confirm things. We both did that, they still have my gift under review and it’s been over two days. I sent an email and the person by the name of Sol gets back to me with an automated message saying that it’s still under review. Still not addressing why? Especially since I provided everything. This happened before but not this long. It never took this long. It’s been 2 days and no email response but when I do, it’s no resolution. AVOID! use throne, cashapp, Zelle, anything than Youpay! Seriously! And the fees are insane! To send $100 they have to send an extra $20 on top. To send $500 you have to send an extra 90$ almost. AVOID!
UPDATE: they released the money 3 days later. I was still very unhappy with the experience but I may give them another chance in the future since they apologized. They need better customer service.

i am really enjoying youpay!! it’s simple to use, fun to customize your page, and best of all - youpay WANTS you to get cash tips & gifts. it is rare to find a company who is pro adult creator, youpay is my new go to. not to mention their customer service (from what mutuals have mentioned) is exceptional! :3

Nobody is answering , nobody has responded to both the tickets I submitted. I have 2 gifts under review , almost 24 hours. Not very happy , I’m very dissatisfied 😢

Did the required task thing within 10 minutes and I was very “promptly” but they aren’t 💔❤️❤️‍🩹

Easy to set up and use for payments for my business.

It’s amazing and haven’t had any issues, I just wish it had more withdraw options to receive your money to but so far very good

I love using youpay! They truly care especially when the going is tough, they’ll be there for you no matter what. Got my first $$, hopefully I get more. Definitely recommend

Edit:: it is the next day and still haven't been able to do anything or receive any emails. This is ridiculous. If this is what happens, I will no longer be using this service. My buyer is also highly irritated.

So far not so good. Gift card. Every time I click on send the email I don't get it. I have been trying since 4 am. I can't even message support because I can't log in. Not a great first experience at all.

Straight forward and easy once you verify! Love that the gifter pays the fees instead of the receiver!
