I’ve never had an issue with any of my pay outs. If I ever had any question they are quick and responsive with help within 24 hours

i submitted feedback that creator’s profiles should have leaderboards- their team did it in like a week! they love feedback and actually listen!

I had never heard of this company before two amounts of money were fraudulently taken from my credit card via YouPay.
I contacted YouPay about this whose response was:
“Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, the funds for these payments have been withdrawn and they are no longer recoverable. I can only suggest that you contact your bank about what options you have.”
Therefore, even if you don’t have a YouPay account and have never heard of YouPay, you are at risk of one of their customers/online creators stealing money from your bank account or credit card with absolutely no remedial process from YouPay for fraudulent activity.
It seems YouPay’s attitude is tough luck, the money is already gone and we are not looking into this so contact your credit card company.
Please be aware of this company and unauthorised/ fraudulent transactions being taken from your bank account or credit card because YouPay will do nothing about it and you could lose money through no fault of your own.

The design of the website is extremely user friendly, intuitive, and modern. The ease of creating gifts and wishlists, as well as organizing them and editing really stand out.

I also have interacted with their Support staff and they were so friendly and polite! They were a big help and I'm so happy with My experience with YouPay so far!

The easiest payment method I've ever used, and the payouts are actually FAST. The customer service is great as well.
