Nicole was very helpful in solving my transaction dispute. It took a long time for it to be resolved, probably not nicoles fault,but payoneer took along time .
Unable to check in â lack of clear instructions and unreachable host
We arrived with a confirmed reservation but were unable to access the property due to missing and inaccessible check-in information.
No clear instructions were provided through the booking platform. We were directed to contact the host, but the listed phone number was not in service at the time of arrival. We also attempted to reach the host via WhatsApp and email and did not receive a response until the following morning. Even Capital One Travel representatives assisting us were unable to reach the host or obtain check-in details.
The rental company later stated that instructions had been sent via a separate email. However, this was not delivered through the booking platform, came from an unrecognized sender, and was not reasonably identifiable or accessible at the time of arrival.
As a result, after extended travel and a late-night arrival, we were unable to gain entry and had to secure alternative accommodations.
The company did not resolve the issue directly, and we ultimately had to pursue a dispute process to obtain a refund.
This experience highlights serious concerns with communication, reliability, and the check-in process.

Siamo arrivati ââa fine marzo in questa struttura, che dichiarava di avere il riscaldamento. Faceva 13°C, ma il riscaldamento non funzionava, un condizionatore non funzionava affatto, gli altri due erano guasti, non c'era acqua calda e il letto era completamente scomodo.
Dopo aver prenotato e pagato, la società YOUR.RENTAL ci ha chiesto un supplemento per la biancheria, mentre il proprietario sosteneva di non richiederlo.
Ci Ú stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno per 35 notti, nonostante la legge preveda un massimo di 7 giorni.
UNA TRUFFA! Stiamo denunciando l'accaduto alle autorità : Guardia di Finanza, Comune, GUAP (Garanzia di Assistenza Pubblica), AGCM (Associazione Generale dei Comuni) e SCM (Società dei Comuni).

Setting up payout account a nightmare
I am really struggling to set up an account and gone through their pioneer set up account or through bank transfer. I have also sent Your.Rentals my details so they can set up the account and it comes up with invalid email.I tried another email address, which also said invalid email. It is now 7 days ago and I have not yet received my payouts. I have been talking to a AI which is going round in circles. If I count the amount of times I have tried to set up it must be well over ten times. I go through a match a puzzle about over 10 times which you have to match 7 puzzles.
If they're having issues with the third party payout this needs to be changed asap. Although staff have been emailing me the only time I can speak to a human is by appointment this week over the phone. It's got to get better than this!! Can a human being please get in touch?

cancelled the booking 6 hours before the check in
i had a. booking via booking.com. the host (your.rentals) cancelled it only 6 hrs before the check in. they sent an email they have a leak (single storey property, no any rain in the past weeks). booking.com sent an another email and said they can not accomodate due to overbooking. i'm not sure who is lie but definitely not recommend this company

We hebben vorig jaar (mei2025) een boeking gedaan via Home to go om op vakantie te gaan met (6) personen. De boeking was bevestigd en was aanbetaald. Nu krijgen we eind Maart een mail dat de prijs niet klopt en of we maar liefst 13.000 euro nog kunnen overmaken. Mail gestuurd naar Home to go en Your Rentals dat we hier niet mee akkoord gaan. Zonder verdere uitleg of verklaring wordt onze aanbetaling terug gestort. Vliegtickets zijn geregeld en betaald nu zitten we zonder verblijf en moeten haastig opzoek naar een nieuw vakantieadres. Ik zal ook nooit meer via deze organisatie een vakantie of wat dan ook boeken. Geen aanrader

As an Airbnb host, I have several reservations about this company based on my experience with them. First, they propagate the rental ad to rental sites with several errors. They did not send an alert/mail after a booking, they confirm a booking without consulting the host, and they messed up the booking price. Finally, they do not forward the host contact information to the guests, and their own contact phone number reaches only a useless AI agent.

Nightmare in âlovely quiet flat near city centre Edinburghâ. No health and safety basic measures.
We booked a small flat in Edinburgh city centre for just one night through booking.com. It was advertised as âlovely quiet flat near the town centreâ. Pictures on booking looked legit and we booked. Check in 20th February - check out 21st February. As soon as we checked in we encountered the reality: cigarette ashes on table, empty paper cup, trash in corridor, entrance, in front of window, hairs and still foam from previous guest in bathtub and shower, microwave with food smear, fridge with food, oven with burnt piece of something inside, rust on towel heaters, dump / rubbish under sink, dried toothpaste in sink, towels still wet and wrinkled from previous owner, no emergency exit sign, no property instructions book. We contacted the host immediately via WhatsApp. We sent him all pictures. He denied everything of course. We called booking.com. They said to contact the property which is all we did. They just replied denying everything and thatâs it. We were travelling with kids. We had to sleep dressed as bed were not made from previous guest and still smelled of cigarette, weed and had hairs all over. It had been a nightmare. We couldnât even wash as we didnât have clean towel. A true nightmare. Never book anything managed by this company. Itâs a total scam. I have seen it advertised not just on booking but Airbnb. Please stay away from these people. They are not honest. Itâs a proper scam.
Update as for today (24th February 2026): a certain Luna contacted me from the company asking for yet again the same pictures of the flat conditions requiring specifically dates, location and time. Of course I provided all what asked. No reply for now. Even if I sent them a reminder today. As said this invigorates my strong opinion of this being a total scam. It will be reported to BBC Money Box as well as the Financial Ombudsman (this latter already made aware in our email exchanges).
2nd March 2026: update. It has been a complete joke to be honest. After an exhausting correspondence we received a meager refund of 57 gbp (exactly 25% of our stay). I feel ridiculed. Please, fellow future customers, be aware when booking an accommodation on both Booking.com or Airbnb, or any other holiday homes website: if Your.rentals is the company managing the property, think twice. Do not fall in the same trap as myself and other customers unfortunately fell for.

Hice una reserva de un depto en Buenos Aires con pileta. En la confirmacion, no aparecÃa ese servicio, por lo que me contacté con el número de teléfono del check in para que me digan qué pasó. Tardaron tres dÃas en contestarme y encima me dijeron que la pileta no estaba en funcionamiento. Si yo no preguntaba, no me iba a enterar y ya me habÃan cobrado. Si bien la reserva era no reembolsable, el problema fue de ellos y el.contacto de check in me dijo que pidiera la cancelación gratis prometiendo que me iban a devolver el dinero. Nada de esto sucedió y aún espero una respuesta. Lamentable el servicio.

I had a problem with a booking that I thought overlapped another 1. Dates were blocked on my calender so shouldn't have been able to book. My mistake was for 2027 not 2026. However. The pricing I'd only done to end of December 2026 so automatic pricing had been used which was way under my usual pricing. Contacted customer support and Anne was brilliant. She straight away put my account onto review to book rather than automatically accept bookings while was being looked into. Escalated my problem to resolution centre so as not to receive any charges for cancelling the booking. Kept me informed throughout. Brilliant service and communication.

Nightmare with host Your.Rentals
We booked a villa through AirBnb and the host was Your.Rentals for September/October 2025 and the entire experience was a disaster. Shortly before arrival, the host began messaging us on WhatsApp instead of using Airbnb, which immediately struck us as unprofessional. When we questioned unexpected extra charges that had never been listed including fees for towels and linen the host became defensive, rude, and outright hostile. We had also been promised, once we made the booking that we would receive a 50% discount on air conditioning, which was suddenly refused when it came time to pay.
The situation escalated quickly. The host started calling one of us names via WhatsApp and behaving in a way we would never expect from someone supposedly running a hospitality business. By the time we arrived at the villa, we had already lost all trust in the booking and the host.
We viewed the property for about five minutes and found it dirty, outdated, and nothing like the listing photos in our view. Following Airbnbâs instructions, we decided not to stay. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the host then made extremely serious accusations against us including claiming that we had stolen items from the villa worth over £2,000. We were on a two-week holiday and had absolutely zero interest in taking anything from anyone. We found these accusations completely unfounded and frankly ridiculous.
During all of this, we made numerous phone calls and webchats to Airbnb, since thatâs who we had booked through. Support was limited and we felt completely abandoned while trying to deal with an aggressive host and a booking platform that seemed unwilling or unable to intervene. In our experience, Your.Rentals provided no accessible customer support at all and no accountability.
Eventually, after a lot of back-and-forth with Airbnb and our bank, we did recover all of our money but it took far more time, stress and effort than any traveller should have to go through. The only positive was that we managed to rebook with the villa we had stayed in the year before, which was excellent and ultimately saved our trip.
Our warning to anyone considering booking a place where the host is Your.Rentals: think very carefully before trusting this company with your holiday. Based on our experience, we would never use them again and we strongly advise others to avoid them. Above is all true and this is what happened to us, just 3 hard working individuals on their one and only annual holiday. Would give no stars if we could. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
When we arrived back in the UK we tried to contact Your.Rentals numerous times, but no-one has responded. If after reading this, they give us a chance to make an official complaint to them about the individual within their organisation that did this, it will be welcomed.
