Clifton House is a nice place to stay. The apartments are cozy and comfortable and it’s in a nice area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful large apartment, very comfortable and excellent location. The industrial size fan was much appreciated and thoughtful during the current hot spell! Our son lived in Clifton and we have stayed in all the hotels at some point and all are disappointing. We all agreed this apartment was our best stay yet and the option of early or late check in and out is so helpful. Will certainly recommend to family & friends.

Fantastic location! Great value! Absolutely gorgeous apartment!

I booked 2 nights in Clifton, Bristol. Had difficulty gaining entry to the room as the digital palm-reader didn't always work.

The room was nice, but there were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor and a stain on the towel.

The room got incredibly hot and it was difficult moving the TV, table and chairs to open the window. A very dusty fan caused allergy symptoms.

Scaffolding works started to take place which I'd not been made aware of. I wouldn't have booked had I known this. They started before 9am with very noisy metal clashing, drilling sounds and general chatter and shouting. The second day, they were level with my window which was incredibly intrusive and as a lone woman I felt I could not open the blinds at all. This was a shame because I had a street view that I'd have liked to make use of.

Most importantly, upon leaving the building, one of the scaffolders loaded a very heavy clamped pole onto his shoulder, which hit me on my arm. We had left the building at the same time, so he knew I was there. He didn't acknowledge me until I acknowledged him, where he then reluctantly apologised and didn't seem that bothered. If it had been anyone more vulnerable, it could have seriously injured them.

I had late checkout, but left early because I felt stressed being there.

The TV wifi did not work, which meant requesting how to manually connect myself. This then meant I could not use YA's Netflix credentials, as I have done previously.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, despite staying with them previously in a different location.

I have formally complained, and at first received a promising response noting I would hear back within the next few days. It's now been 2 weeks and despite chasing up, I've not heard anything.

My apartment was stunning, spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The location was superb.
The communication from start to finish was really good and very friendly. They provided helpful information about the local area. Would definitely recommend. Exceptional!

We stayed at Pemberton House in Clifton. It was amazing.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Very well equipped. Perfect for exploring Bristol or visiting the University.

Great location! very central, massive plus. Lovely apartment, open plan kitchen/diner, very clean & comfortable, quiet too. Apartment we stayed in, also had a large patio which was a nice addition especially so, with the weather being so nice. Staff at “Your Apartment” very professional and helpful. Price we paid for a 2 night stay was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

This apartment was great. I often stay near family in this area and have booked quite a few Airbnb in the past. I first noticed the cleanliness, better than some of the budget hotels I've stayed at. The apartment was easy to locate and simple to enter as the communication and directions were simple and clear. Everything was to hand and the facilities in the room were perfect, just what you need, mini kitchen with microwave and fridge etc, somewhere to hang your clothes and toiletries were provided in the nice clean bathroom. The location was perfect right next to an amazing Turkish supermarket and a stone throw away from a lovely friendly pub with outdoor tables. There are some fabulous restaurants in the high street and close to tooting market. I'll be booking again soon.

Stayed at one of the premium apartments in Liverpool Street, London. The location was fabulous but the apartment did not live up to the description on the website, nor the photos!

Arrived to find the outside courtyard bins hadnt been emptied for what appeared to be weeks, the smell of rubbish was overwhelming.

The apartment had not be cleaned properly, the floor was covered in hair, the rug in the living room was covered in dirt and dust. We turned the fan on in the bedroom as it was hot and it blew out old train tickets, hair, tissues. The bathroom drawers were dirty. Not what o expected for a high priced premium apartment. Will definitely not be rebooking

Great location, easy access, lovely apartment. The down side? I received EIGHTEEN automated emails between booking and the (one night) stay itself! Streamlined communications would make this a 5/5.

Our second stay here at Cotham Arms whilst our Grandson in Bristol Children’s Hospital. It’s perfect for us, close to the hospital, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing space after a long day. Hope to stay again next week.

We really liked the flat. It was well equipped - for example the kitchen - clean and spacious. The location just above the city centre was great. There were nice walking options.

As for the TV, we wished we had normal TV channels instead of streaming channels.

The booking process seemed a bit anonymous. Everything worked out on site.

Stayed a week at one of their Kings Cross one-bedroom apartments. All very positive in terms of location, styling, cleanliness, quietness, space, warmth and comfort. There were some minor negatives (e.g., a somewhat overinvolved booking process, the dishwasher not working). However, these relatively minor issues did not significantly impact our stay and we would stay there again.

The location, decor and price make ‘Your Apartment’ a great choice for city accommodation. I would (and already have) recommended the brand to others! Value for money is fantastic and if you’re ever in any doubt about your booking or entrance to your apartment, the customer service team are brilliant too.
