Stunning apartment, deffo booking again. Reasonable prices.

The place was very clean, included everything needed , the location was great too, near the shopping centre and supermarkets. The kitchen facilities was useful and clean and I was able to make a good meal . Complimentary sweets, coffee pods and tea were given which were great . I would 100% recommend and come back again to stay when I’m in the area.

The place is nice and clean. in very quiet area. the property has a lift, which was very comfortable.

Excellent stay. Smooth check in, good communication from the hosts to ask if I needed anything during my stay. The place itself was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed including a fully equipped kitchen and parking. No concerns with regards to noise and it’s located in a very convenient part of Bristol. Highly recommended

Extremely disruptive nights sleep due to noisy and loud guests, contacted the host who sadly ignored the message, which was very disappointing as the stay otherwise had been much better.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Milton Keynes. The people were very friendly and communication throughout was excellent. The place was spotless and the room smelt fresh and welcoming. I was also really impressed by how spacious the room was it made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience that I would happily recommend!

I stayed here twice within two weeks, booking the exact same “Superior Apartment” through Hotels.com. The first time (Apartment 65) was perfect: large, clean, and matched the photos, with a sofa bed and a double/king bed comfortably sleeping four people as advertised.

When I booked again the following week at a higher price, I was placed in Apartment 57 a completely different, much smaller room that had no sofa bed, no extra seating, and could not accommodate four people. It was a fraction of the size of the previous apartment but listed under the same “Superior Apartment” category.

Even one of the staff members on the day admitted the room was not what I booked and offered to look into an adjustment, which I accepted since my stay was short. However, when I followed up, another staff member told me the room “wasn’t bookable for more than two people,” which directly contradicts both the listing and my previous booking.

The listing on Hotels.com is clearly misleading, and the inconsistency between rooms labeled as the same “Superior Apartment” type is unacceptable. I ended up paying more for significantly less. Still waiting for a fair refund or adjustment.

Avoid unless you’re okay with paying extra for whatever random room they decide to give you.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, man hat sich wohl gefühlt . Es war wie ein Zuhause für kurze Zeit . Genau wie wir uns es auch vorgestellt haben. Wir sind zufrieden .

Great apartment 4 minutes away from the great neighbourhood of Kings Cross/St Pancras station. Spacy/light/clean!

Was my second time there. No problems, studio is always clean. Easy to access and a great location.

We managed to get this location last minute, and it is really located in the heart of Brixton. All though it was fully booked it was calm and peaceful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great little place ideal for city centre, clean and tidy all round good spot

We loved the location of 4 Berkeley Square. Perfect for what we needed & overlooking the park. We'd definitely love to stay again.
