Great accommodation and service
This is the second time we have used Your Apartment. We are really impressed with the quality of the accommodation and value for money. The apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable and in a great location. Check in and out was straight forward. Highly recommended.
Fabulous apartment

Perfect perfect apartments
I love staying in your apartments, I alway fly over from Spain and work for myself online so it's super handy for me! The apartments are perfect with the kitchen and everything, always super warm and clean. And they have a really nice co working space downstairs

Deeply Disappointing – Unfair Charges & No Accountability
I was truly shocked by my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival at this premium priced apartment, I noticed damage to the carpet in the doorway - as it looked old and well ingrained I thought no more about it. The apartment was beautiful. However, 24 hours after checking out and leaving the property in pristine condition, I was wrongly accused of causing the very same damage and immediately charged a fraudulent fee of £120 without any proof of the condition of the carpet prior to our stay.
Despite my efforts to explain that we did not do this damage and provide my side of the story, they refused to listen. As a guest, I expected fairness and honesty, but instead, I was treated with suspicion and disregard. It’s extremely disheartening to be accused of something I had no part in, and even more concerning that they took payment from my account without my consent. This fraudulent payment is currently under investigation with my bank and I have reported to VRBO the booking agent.
It appears very much as though Your Apartment have deliberately blamed a paying guest for known damage in order to recoup costs. As I had no photo evidence of the entrance to the property they are standing firm - why would I take such images at a high quality business? Yes they have images of a marked carpet - I have explained that this was here upon our arrival and had we accidentally caused such damage we would have contacted them. We were, as always, very respectful of the property, especially knowing they had taken a very high damage deposit (which they did not actually take - so they had debited my account for this fee without authorisation) , removed shoes and thoroughly cleaned the apartment prior to check out. I use holiday lets regularly and have an exemplary feedback record - always ensuring I report so much as a chipped glass. This has caused a great deal of distress.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here or, if you do book, photograph every room, fixture and fitting when you arrive to protect yourself from fraudulent claims. A holiday letting business should be built on integrity - sadly, this one is not despite its premium prices. A family weekend ruined.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic, the reservation staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, plus, the aesthetics and cleanliness of the apartment exceeded expectations! It was so well designed and the attention to detail was apparent.
I mostly dealt with reservations agent Joe via email and want to point out his attentiveness, always responding quickly to my emails (we had one small issue with the TV and it was dealt with within half an hour!)
I look forward to more stays in the future using Your Apartment!
ruined our weekend!
A travel agency booked on mine and my partners behalf for a night away in Bristol however this wasn’t able to happen because the property owner’s unprofessionally cancelled our booking due to ‘someone booking a longer stay’ although we booked before them… due to this we were not able to enjoy our stay in Bristol. Seriously unacceptable and horrible customer service
Host cancelled last minute due to somone booking longer stay
Booked this stay as a travel agency so we book many hotels and apartments for customers host had taken full payment and confirmed booking after they had confirmed I had requested the host to change the double bed to single beds which the host had confirmed that this is possible showing me that the booking was confirmed.
After this booking was confirmed I then booked the flights for my customers to come from Spain to Bristol airport I have then woken to a message saying that a booking which want to stay for a longer period of time has been prioritised over ours and our booking has been cancelled this has caused a massive inconvenience as I had already confirmed with my customers that the booking had been confirmed and they had already sent my company the payment I am now having to look for alternative booking I will never as a travel company use or recommend to use these one of our customers will also be posting this to their instagram where they have over 3 million followers for people to see the messages and reason for our cancellation

Host cancelled last minute although they had already taken full payment for the stay. The reasoning behind this was that a customer had a longer stay thus it takes priority. I understand they would make more money off a longer stay but highly unprofessional from the host.
Great little apartment in a good…
Great little apartment in a good location in Shepherd’s Bush. Linen and towels are clean but the bed isn’t the most comfortable and our bedroom TV hasn’t worked the last two times we’ve stayed there!
Your Apartment Bristol
I had a wonderful stay at Your Apartment Bristol. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the university campus, which made getting around a breeze. The apartment was spotless, and I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The check-in process was seamless and very straightforward, making my arrival hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bristol!

I’ve stayed at the serviced apartments in Brixton multiple times over the past 12 months for work, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is perfect for me—Brixton has such a vibrant atmosphere, and the commute to central London is easy and hassle-free. I avoid staying in central London whenever I can, so this spot is ideal.
The apartments themselves are stunning—always immaculately clean with fresh sheets that feel like a dream. The pillows.... Absolutely amazing. Honestly, I never want to get out of bed! The team behind the property are fantastic as well. Their communication is always on point, and they consistently deliver exceptional service. I always request a PDF VAT receipt for my stays, and it’s sent promptly and without any hassle—something I really appreciate.
I usually get a roadside apartment, and while it can be loud, I actually enjoy the hustle and bustle. It reminds me of home and adds to the charm of staying in such a lively area. Plus, Brixton offers some great places to eat and drink, so there’s always something to do nearby.
That said, the only downside is the smell in the doorway and hallway—it’s not pleasant and really detracts from the overall experience. If that issue could be fixed, I’d have no complaints whatsoever and would happily never leave!
Overall, this place might not be for everyone, especially if you’re not a fan of a lively environment, but if you love the energy of a bustling neighborhood, great service, and the best pillows in London, this is the place for you. Looking forward to my next stay—thanks, team!
Very convenient and comfortable
Very convenient and comfortable. Had an easy check in with key codes. Our studio room was on the second floor so a fair few steps up to it. Fortunately it was on the back of the property so didn’t face onto the road so was pretty quiet. Earplugs were provided.
The room was comfortable and well equipped. We live nearby and stayed for a few nights while we had building work done and had no boiler, so the fridge, cooking and washing machine facilities were very appreciated.
It was good value (booked on booking.com).
I used the WhatsApp number to communicate with the customer team and it was helpful. I was able t extend my booking by an additional night quite easily.
The location is very convenient for northern line tube from Tooting Bec and also multiple bus routes.
I would definitely stay here again.
Shameful company
Booked Bristol apartment on Air BnB in error. Cancelled almost immediately so never could have stayed at apartment (no check in details etc.). Air BnB requested a refund but company refused even a partial refund due to their policy. No consideration for my circumstances - just greedy.
