My stay at “your apartment” was enjoyable. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities provided. I would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The booking process is very easy, access to the apartments is organized very well. The Tooting apartments are modern and clean. Help is provided in a professional way, if needed.

Stayed in an apartment in central Bristol. Great position and comfortable property with outside space. Great comms from the Your Apartment team during our stay. Although is was a self check in you did feel someone was available.

Its always tricky when you return to a place you have previously stayed, like there is a level of expectation that could be higher than you originally perceived. However the apartment was absolutely perfect. Exactly how I remembered and central to everything, with the cafes, and independents on your doorstep. A short walk down the hill and your in the center and harbor areas. Apartment has everything I need for 3 night stay and cooking facilities.

Self contained apartments with separate access.
Clean and tidy and perfe t size to deal comfortable.
Great bed quality and secure entry. Immediate response to requests as well...this is now my 1st choice when staying for work

I am now for more than one year nearly every month in Your Apartment.
Its like coming home. I love the location so close to Gym, Shopping and nightlife.
Less then 5 minutes to Brixton station and the Bus stop is directly in front of the door.
If anything is needed its very easy to reach out and the team cares about what is needed.

Always clean and accommodating, comfy and well decorated

located in a quiet part of Bristol (behind Old Market) very close to very pubs cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay (fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer along with smart TV Netflix,Amazon Prime, etc. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Your Apartment for 3 nights. The room was fairly small but comfortable with a nice big window which made the whole room bright. The kitchen area was very well stocked and had everything I needed. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. The location was excellent, close to the city centre, good grocery shops, a park and a laundrette.

Easy to deal with. Stayed in the Tooting location. Great location, room had everything I needed. Laundry was a great bonus.
Luggage storage would be a bonus as there is no where nearby to do it.

Stayed at the Brixton apartments a couple of weeks ago and the fire alarm went off around 1am and was unable to be stopped. This went on until 8am so it was impossible to get any sleep. Some of our party ended up paying for a taxi home (over an hour away) it was so bad. YourApartment were very reluctant to provide much of a refund therefore it was a very expensive stay considering we got no sleep (the least you’d expect!) and the issues were completely out of our control. The company seem to have very little empathy and were unable to understand the extent of the disturbance and ironically, they told me they thought the tiny refund provided ‘reflected their commitment to addressing my concerns’. YourApartment could do with an emergency number in times like this as there was no one to contact apart from the fire brigade (who were unable to stop the alarm without a code) Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Also, be aware, in the small print they request a bank transfer for a hefty security deposit and your ID in advance of check in. I did get this back but it made me feel uncomfortable transferring so much money.

Overall, one of the worst booking experiences, a nightmare of a night and frustratingly poor customer service after the ‘stay’. I shall certainly not be booking with this company again.
