We have used YGT a number of times and have generally been satisfied, however i do have one issue. Please do not send out itinaries or take any monies with some items still "pending". This happened to us recently and the booking was then cancelled. You should only take monies and send out final itenaries when all items are confirmed. Thank You

By way of explanation, not all hotels or golf venues have live availability on our website and we are therefore reliant on them updating us when any availability changes.
As you will be aware, your online booking was made on a Friday evening after the office had closed and as it could not be confirmed at that time, the documents were shown as pending, until the suppliers were able to let us know if the request could be confirmed.
I must assure you that we contacted you as soon as we were aware on the Monday morning and I apologise again that your first choice of property was not possible.
I note that you mention the booking is cancelled, however, we have your booking still live. If this is not the case could you please contact me at emma.pugh@yourgolftravel.com so we can resolve the matter.

YGT have been excellent every time!
YGT have been excellent every time I have used them (and I have booked 10+ trips at this stage). All their agents are very knowledgeable and specialise in the areas they are selling trips for, with most of them having stayed at hotels and played the courses they are recommending.
Our recent trip to Devon was great. Saunton and Royal North Devon were both a real treat, and Bristol golf club which we played on way down was really good as well. Staff at all three were so welcoming.
In addition the booking process is smooth, the app works well, and you always get a check in before and after your trip to ensure all questions are answered.
In short, YGT are excellent!
