YGT have been excellent every time!
YGT have been excellent every time I have used them (and I have booked 10+ trips at this stage). All their agents are very knowledgeable and specialise in the areas they are selling trips for, with most of them having stayed at hotels and played the courses they are recommending.
Our recent trip to Devon was great. Saunton and Royal North Devon were both a real treat, and Bristol golf club which we played on way down was really good as well. Staff at all three were so welcoming.
In addition the booking process is smooth, the app works well, and you always get a check in before and after your trip to ensure all questions are answered.
In short, YGT are excellent!

We went on a golf trip and had to cancel a golf day because of injury. We found out that the golf course refunded the company but didnt not refund us even after they said they would.
I would not trust this company again.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sincerely sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome of your request for a refund.
It is noted that the course had initially offered a refund (pending the medical report) as you had reported the cancellation being due to an 'injury'.
However, on receipt of the medical report, the golf course had declined to offer any refund as they believe the report showed the procedure was a Cosmetic Surgery, as opposed to a medical injury/emergency, which does not fall within their medical refund policy.
Of course, if the supplier has made an error and your 'injury' was not a Cosmetic procedure, we would be happy to review this with them on receipt of the medical report.
