Slimy, Scam, BS
Having been scammed by so many subscription plans I'm very wary when signing up. So with Yourketodiet I had a careful look at the charges.
The first flag here was the "1 month Keto Diet" in bold then the price in bold "£4.85"; looks like a good deal. Fortunately I was reading it on a 21 inch screen in a bright room with the brightness turned up on the screen. Under the '1 month' was the line, in tiny font and in a feint colour was "Billed every month" and under the '£4.85' "per week" in equally hidden font. Slimy trick; any company that resorts to this sort slight of hand is clearly not worth considering, it tells me they will resort to all all sorts to scam you. As for the the discounted price - oh dear, is anyone going to fall for that BS. So the 2 month deal is even better; a years worth comes to £214.76 - you could buy a whole library of keto recipe books for that.
As for the TP comments on their comments on their 'Customer service' and then the replies from them, oh dear, some old standard soundbite BS.
Nah Ketodiet, you don't get me.
You give on-line subscription a bad name.

Supongo que me contesta un robot. No hay con quien hablar. Me dicen que contacte con el mail de support de yourketo.diet cosa que ya hice; la cuestión es que nos metieron una suscripción de la que no fuimos conscientes, NUNCA RECIBIMOS NADA, ni accedimos a nada, y un día por casualidad me dí cuenta de un cargo que no reconocía, hice una búsqueda en mi banco, y he encontré que me habían hecho 10 cargos trimestrales de 39,90€ cada uno; en fin, una estafa; de hecho creo que paran en 399€ porque hasta 400€ se considera legalmente Delito Leve de Estafa.
En fín si quisieran arreglarlo y devolverme el dinero lo harían

Terrible Service – Feels Like a Scam
I feel completely let down and ripped off by Your Keto Diet. The lack of transparency in their app is appalling. There’s no way to check your subscription status or renewal date once you’ve signed up, unlike most apps where this is basic functionality. They make it solely your responsibility to track your renewal, with no reminders or visible information in the app itself. It’s like they’ve designed it this way on purpose to trap people into unwanted renewals.
On top of that, they charged my account when I first signed up, and I recently discovered they took another payment this month without notifying me that my subscription was renewing. There was no reminder, no transparency in the app, and no way to view my subscription details after signing up.
When I reached out, they gave me a generic response, quoting their terms and conditions and washing their hands of the situation. They claim the terms and payment info are “clearly stated,” but how does that excuse the fact that the app hides your subscription details once you’ve joined? Their approach is money-grabbing, not customer-focused.
To make matters worse, the diet didn’t even work. Despite following their plan, I saw no results. They also put all the responsibility on you which feels like a way to cover themselves in case it fails.
I would never recommend this service to anyone. They care more about taking your money than actually delivering a good service. Avoid at all costs!

Again refuse refund, so just for anyone considering this company avoid it. You will NOT be able to see any mealplan until you waste money with these people. AVOID.

Spent £33 for "personalised" keto plan with this company. Which I was forced to to see the plan?! Downloaded the app and were looking forward to start this. Contacted them after payment because I saw straight away that their "program" would not suit me and will NOT use this company.
Avoid this place and go for a company that offers both free and paid good content. Give me back my money!

Azienda poco trasparente e non affidabile.
Nasconde un abbonamento con rinnovo automatico dietro a un’apparente scelta tra pacchetti scontati da 1, 2 o 3 mesi, corredati da offerte a tempo che scadono dopo soli 15 minuti. Questo riduce il tempo necessario per leggere attentamente e decidere con consapevolezza.
Ero convinta di aver acquistato un pacchetto di 2 mesi a 20€, scegliendo tra opzioni di 1, 2 o 3 mesi, con il pacchetto da 2 mesi leggermente più conveniente. Al termine dei 2 mesi, però, mi sono stati addebitati 80€ di rinnovo senza alcun preavviso o comunicazione. Nonostante abbia contattato l'azienda entro 10 minuti dall'addebito, spiegando che non avevo più usufruito del servizio dopo le prime 2 settimane del periodo iniziale, si sono rifiutati di risarcirmi. Hanno insistito sulle clausole contrattuali, citando paragrafi firmati al momento della sottoscrizione, senza considerare la mia richiesta o le mie spiegazioni.

AVOID this company
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I purchased this meal plan looking for inspiration of food meals to include in my keto diet. After reading a couple of days it was quite clear the meal plan was created by AI with no actual experience of what a human could physically eat. One snack that was recommended to me was two cucumbers and half a block of butter, I contacted customers service thirty minutes after purchase where like everyone else they refused a refund. You'd get the exact same results, probably better from chatgpt for free. avoid this company at all costs, you've been warned.
