Money, money, money!! Don't bother
The website took £19 and then when I registered it took another £39. I asked for a refund of the £39 and the 'customer' team have hidden behind regulation and said they won't refund it. They can see I've paid twice!
Also, the 'personalised' plan and the number of recipes available is limited. Dont waste time or money on this site.

Struggling to get any support. Have asked a couple of questions and have had no reply and it has been over 24 hours.
All I want to know is are the recipes per serve, or how many do they feed?

Awful customer service
Poor customer service. I signed up for the app with good intentions thinking keto would be for me, after paying for 3 months upfront at £33 I suddenly realised it wasn't and canceled my membership within 24hrs. I request a refund on the money I had paid and got told no. Usually within 14 days of purchasing something a refund can be requested, and I would've though especially after 24hrs! They didn't even offer to refund 2 months worth back, just keeping my money and told me to 'have a wonderful day.' Very poor customer service, I would not recommend at all.

Scammers!!
Scammers!!! They charge money for any little extra feature. did not use the program most of the time. any online marathon with a responsible coach will give you much more benefit. when three months later they charged me again without warning, I immediately asked for a refund because I did not use the program. I was refused quite dryly. I did not see any loyalty, interest and professionalism in this project. I advise you not to waste time and money on this

Hjemmesiden virker falsk
Hjemmesiden virker falsk, og det er tydeligt at deres billede fra trustpilot er fake. Samtidig passer deres score ikke med virkeligheden.
Jeg tog deres test, og der står bogstavligt at jeg på 4 uger kan nå mit ønskede resultat... Jeg skal tabe mig +30 kg. Så det tvivler jeg stærkt på. ;)

Es ist leichter ohne App
Ich möchte aus eigener Erfahrung dringend von der App abraten.
Begründung:
1. Gewicht nicht adjustierbar (man arbeitet immer mit den KCal von dem Startgewicht),
2. Es wird eine Einkaufsliste erstellt, die allerdings nicht zu den gewählten Rezepten passt, daher hat man am Ende einen falschen Einkauf. Konkret stand auf meiner Liste ich sollte 5 mal Paprika kaufen, ohne das Paprika auf den Rezepten war, viele weitere Rezept zu Einkaufswagenverknüpfungen passen auch nicht,
3. Die eingestellten Rezepte werden ohne Ankündigung zurückgesetzt, dadurch ist einkaufen für mehrere Tage nicht möglich,
4. Der Support antwortet nicht auf gestelle Fragen.
