these are thieves here to scam ur credit cards. Update my review 7/26/24. I just received a reply from the credit card scammers. They said they were sorry I had a bad experience. Lol. The review I left was in February this year. And I did speak to a scamming service representative. Y'all still get a 1 star. Scammers. U been warned

Very poor experience

Response is ridiculous as it's clear in my review that I've already got in touch and they wouldn't help me. Pathetic.
Very poor experience.
£33 for 3 months
Signed up thinking that based on the advert it looked really good.
App is clunky.
Everything is USA based descriptions foods, amounts etc
LOTS of meal preparation and cooking time
Expensive ingredients many of which are quite obscure
Not enough choice at all.
Really bad example of a keto diet and not at all user friendly.
Customer service would not refund me despite my advising them I wished to cancel within one hour of accessing the content.
I would understand if they charged me for one week as that is what I was able to view and therefore -from their point of view - I had 'used' the content but I have not accessed anything beyond that.
Really unhappy and would absolutely not recommend.

Do not trust them they will still your money
Do not trust this company. When you made first payment they will charge you without notice after your first plan ends and they will not refund it. In app or your account you will not find any informations about subscribtion. You can cancel only via email. You do not know if you are subscribed or not.

Watch out very basic meal ideas not worth the cost, you can find better on line
I decided to purchase the program less than a week ago Sunday the 14th January 24 even after reading some bad reviews. We all have different expectations and rightfully so but this so called personalized plan has nothing personal to it. After logging in I realized that the plan wasn't that tailored and the meals were basic. Being already acquainted with Keto I was hoping for some more interesting food but anyone starting on keto knows to eat 2 eggs for breakfast. Suggesting I eat 2 eggs and some almonds is not scientific or a personalized plan.
The meals are repetitive with not much variation. I just looked at the 1st week and decided this wasn't for me so I wrote to the customer support to cancel my subscription and refund me. However, they are claiming I have downloaded digital content so they won't refund. How have i downloaded if the content is on the app and I haven't touched the shopping list but just looked at the meal suggestions in the first week which is what you see when you log on?? I am still within my 14 day refund rights but they are refusing to give me back my money.
I am beyond shocked and appalled by their persistence to not refund as I haven't downloaded any material. I don't know if getting the app is considered downloading but that is all the downloading I have done with regards to their products. I will not recommend this company.

Incorrect calorie information
AVOID
I received the meal plan and noticed two identical meals (scrambled eggs and sunny side up eggs have a 200
calorie difference even though the ingredients are identical (3 eggs and 1.5 tbs butter). Reached out to the support service and no explanation can be given and i was told “ Please be advised that the meal plan is specially generated by a specific software that calculates the calorie intake” clearly faulty software.
Their reply is generic and should be ignored - i have emailed their customer services numerous times and be told that they cannot provide calorie information for any of the meals as it is all computer / software generated. Regardless if calories are a guide or not the same ingredients SHOULD have the same calorific information, not 200 difference

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!
Ordered the service but within minutes found out that all they offer is personalized diet plans and nothing more. I thought that this company also provides products. Asked for a refund immediately but they refused. The seller doesn't offer digital goods yet refused to provide a refund because of digital goods download exception? They offer a subscription based service that cancelation and refunds are not only covered by the EU Refund law but also the EU Right to Withdraw law. Avoid them!
