Your keto diet promises a personalised…
Your keto diet promises a personalised diet tailored to you but does not deliver. The recipes provided are not complete meals and it seems to be just randomly generated. Some of the recipes are not even keto friendly. I found when looking at my weekly meal plan, there were some days where there was a single 170g chicken breast for a dinner meal. I can't express how disappointed I am with the dishonest advertising of this app and "personalised diet plan".
Also, even though I asked for a refund the next day, in the terms and conditions it states that I have waived my right to a refund by downloading the app, even though I didn't know how dishonest, misleading and terrible the app would be. Avoid at all costs.
Edit to reply: I was unsubscribed by one of your team after I requested my money back so my guess is you removed me from your system.

I’ve subscribed to that app and payed using PayPal for a quarter. Never used that app and forgot i have it. Yesterday I was charged for another quarter automatically, didn’t received any reminder from them before and didn’t received any invoice after it. I noticed about the charge by PayPal’s email. Went to the app to search for unsubscribe option but guess what? There is no such ;)
Had to open a case in PayPal to contact them. They replied me that they canceled my subscription but won’t refund me cause I agreed to that in their terms of use and according to some European laws… don’t ever pay them, you won’t be able to cancel it…

In January I had a fantastic experience with this app. Due to holidays I opted for a month.
I now wanted to subscribe again, made payment, but can't log in.

And why only respond to the positive reviews customer service?

4 zakupiłam jednorazowo na próbe a to okazuje się że subskrypcja którą nie wiadomo gdzie anulować
5 po przesłaniu e-eaila z prośbą o anulowanie owszem anulują ale opłaty nie zwrócą powołując się na unijne przepisy.
Jak anulujesz subskrypcje proponują dożywotnią dietę.
Podsumowując nie wiem kto to poleca ale dla mnie tragedia.

Feel cheated over payments
Signed up for a month and served notice 5 days before the end of the period. Still charged for a second month despite the fact they had acknowledged receipt of the cancellation. Still no refund offered. Personally I feel cheated and couldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
The plan itself was maybe helpful to get the hang of what Keto involves but the menus are a bit repetitive so I don’t see benefit of a subscription longer than a month particularly when there is a lot wider choice of menus available for free on the internet.

De trækker igen penge i februar, har sendt endnu en opsigelse i februar, men hører ikke noget.
