Excellent customer service. I was not 100% happy with the part fitted so they sourced a new part and returned to rectify the issue. Cannot fault them. I've used Your Plumber for a few small jobs when other plumbers couldn't be bothered and will continue to use them in the future.

Alfie did a great job. He was very polite, helpful and cleaned up well. The shower looks great. The office staff were very helpful and the work was done very quickly and kept in contact with me throughout. A pleasant experience. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Greg was excellent - prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in fixing my toilet flush system. He carried the necessary parts with him, and set to work with great efficiency, solving the problem. I wish all domestic workers were up to that standard. And he's only 23!

Got all the things that really matter spot on.
Good communication leading up to the work being done. Both the guys who turned up were courteous, did an almost perfect job, left the bathroom clean and tidy.
The price was extremely reasonable given the time they took.
Arrived a bit later than they said they'd be but kept me informed. Also the new mastic application round the bath panel wasn't fabulous.
But would certainly recommend to a friend.

FANTASTIC service from start to end. Called for an emergency plumber two arrived within half hour problem fixed within an hour. We are a local hairdressing Salon and water is our number one ultity so absolutely frilled we were up and running again in a couple of hours. Would recommend to anybody who has trust issues with traders this guys are honest and througher.

Great Services , the guys worked without a stop from 8am to 7pm in one day to ensure that we could get heating and hot water after not having either for two weeks due to our energy and maintenance supplier taking an inordinate amount of time to inform us that our old boiler was not economical to repair and leaving us in the lurch. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The plumber came on time, knew precisely where to look and was able to make a temporary fix until the required parts could be obtained.

The quotation was received quickly and the work carried out very efficiently - we were very pleased.

First call in to the lovely Sophie who worked her magic to get Dan out to look at my boiler the same day. Replacement ordered and fitted in record time. This company is amazing and would highly recommend them. Well done guys and thank you.

I had a boiler replaced with Nest Thermostats, a tap repaired, and a shower unit and overflow replaced.
The boiler was quite tricky as It needed all my kitchen cupboards being taken off the wall. I was a little concerned with this but Dan and his team did a superb job of removing them and putting them back. They communicated really well and let me know what was going on. They were also very tidy, polite, and turned up on time. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I believe that the quality service, fitting and advice they they provided was well worth the money. They also completed all the work in two days. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had an issue with my immersion heater. Ed, from Your Plumber, diagnosed the problem which was that the switch was not working. He was unable to sort it on the day but came back a few days later and fitted a new switch - I now have hot water. I was very impressed with the service I received and would use them again.

Quick, friendly, tidy and good price. Second time i have used Your Plumber and great both times! Very happy :)
