Despite ordering my item plenty of time in advance, it still didn’t reach me nor my house before I actually needed to use it. As a matter of fact, I still haven’t received the item.

Would not help with refund.
They received a skirt back worth £32 back along with 5 other items via Royal Mail collection. Sent email evidence of collection from my home. All paperworks included plus my full address & mobile number. Returned well within the time frame.
They refunded the 5 items but deny receiving the skirt & will not help.
