This time everything went OK and package arrived on time or even early.

Everything is great, but shipping to Greece is expensive.

By mistake I orderd to almost simulator orderd to days in a row.
Wrote to you to stop 1 order. Wihs you did bur my payment are still nor returned 960 euro ????

Horrible company to buy from. I ordered 2 pairs boots size 11E, they sent me 13E which is way too big. I have had hell trying to get someone to help me, then they keep sending me these generated messages on how to return and they wanna charge me $22. No, you sent the wrong size, in error so they should send a free return label and once you receive back, send me my correct ordered size. I finally filed a complaint with my financer and they stopped all payments and told me not to take any chances reordering so I won't find myself in this same position. Now I gotta pray to find someone who can wear a size 13E. Angry and Disappointed cause I really wanted those boots

Esperienza, per quanto mi riguarda alquanto negativa....cosa che mi dispiace molto perchè in Italia non ci sono negozi online con questa scelta, qualità e convenienza. Sito molto confusionario per quanto riguarda la scelta delle taglie... Per evitare di sbagliare a ordinare la tg ho scritto più volte mail, ho cercato di contattare qualcuno...ma è stato impossibile ...mi avete risposto solo con mail generiche di invito all'acquisto.
Comunque, una volta fatto l'ordine con tg e misure scelte da me, mi accorgo subito che nell'evadere l'ordine le tg erano state modificate....scrivo immediatamente mail...ma ovviamente la risposta era una mail di invito all'acquisto di altri prodotti.....Fine della storia, mi sono arrivati articoli con la tg errata...che non cambierò a spese mie.... e nonostante i tantissimi solleciti...ancora nessuno mi ha contattato

Love the boots and received within a week

My package was sent to Denmark. I could track the package all the way. Which made it nice since this is the first i buy from this website and probably will again.

Customer service has been awful and never answered my question. As simple as that.

I ordered a product from this website that was advertised to be delivered within 2-3 days. After waiting for more than a week, I emailed them to ask about the status of my order. They replied, saying it would arrive within 3-4 days. Now, 16 days later, I’m still waiting, and the product hasn’t arrived. Absolutely terrible service. I strongly advise against ordering anything from this website. Completely unreliable!

The quality of the clothes is great, it’s just a shame they are all a bit big. I’m a 24/26 so have to get 26/28 or they would be too small. Better loose than tight.

Ik heb mijn bestelling geanuleerd dus niet ontvangen. Na 18 dagen geld nog steeds niet terug gekregen. Ondertussen 5 mails gestuurd en steeds dezelfde mail zonder enige uitleg of hulp. Uitleg is dat bestelling duccesvol geanuleerd is en binnen 3 dagen mijn geld terug krijg. Nog niets ontvangen. Zeker niet blij mee en geen reclame voor jullie.
