Not wide width and the problem is that I cannot return them

Everything was great - quality clothes, fast transport. However one piece of clothing had an anti-theft device still attached and now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. So a minor inconvenience, especially as sending the item back costs half the item's cost. But this has never happened before, so an honest mistake.

Always a great experience. Honesty, quality and good price.

I was doing some shopping and found some shoes I wanted to buy. My size is 9EEE so that is what I chose. However, in the shopping basked it showed up as 11EEE so I went back and tried 11EEE and it said 9EEE so for some reason the sizes weren't as they should be.

Since I have 9EEE I obviously chose 11EEE but when I paid for my order and got the confirmation it stated that 11EEE was in fact 11EEE and not 9EEE as it showed in the basket.

I contacted customer service right away to make sure I get the correct size, but they said that they had already packed the order which is impossible. There hadn't even been 10 minutes since I placed the order and they told me I would have to make a return instead or cancel the order.

There was a glitch in the system and I as a customer gets punished for it. I will now have to either cancel the order and lose the discount that I got from a code that I can't use again, or have to return the shoes and order them again which also will cost me more money. How is this okay?

I ordered 3 shorts for my mother. I was not sure they would fit her. I contacted Ms. Mandy at the Customer Care. She was so helpful that she made sure mum got her right size. They arrived. The size, the material and the design are perfect for my 90 year old mum. Thanks.

Very disappointed with the delivery company that yousclothing used. The delivery states that it arrived in Malta and sent back the items to sender (yoursclothing) without even trying to deliver the purchase. I tried ordering the same items again but unfortunately my size is not available any more.

I have never received my delivery
