I am a returning customer, shopping for my wife for many years. The eshop consistently delivers great value for money and a extensive variety of choices. The site is easy to navigate and shop. It does not get 5* because there are some annoying inconsistencies with email comms, possibly due to Brexit.

I placed an online order last night, 19/12, but it doesn’t show in my account and I haven’t received a confirmation email. The money for the order has been taken from my bank.

They sent the wrong size jeans and want me to pay $22 to return them. Initial shipping was only $12. I have contacted customer multiple times, and they kept responding with the "normal" return option which requires I pay for the return. The latest response, from someone named Cordelia, included "details" of my order, showing I ordered the size they sent. I sent a screenshot of my original email showing the correct size. I had already gone back and double checked to ensure I hadn't made a mistake. I can't believe they actually lied in their response.

I didnt receive the package yet! I ordered on 29 of November. You should choose your courier partners more carefully. I already spoke with Aramex Cyprus and i will go pick up the package myself. Dont use them again!

Now there is no shipping costst o deliver in slovenia, but if u return the item they deduct you costs..

when a lot of companies practice no shipping costs..
their clothes are on the cheap side, u have to search for clothes out of natural fibers.. so there is that

The service was very quick and efficient

The package was sent with insufficient address details so tracking didn't work and the parcel couldn't be delivered to the correct place. If my local post office hadn't done the extra mile in checking the address details I wouldn't have gotten my order. Very frustrating since the full address details were given when making the order...

I've been buying ONLY this bra for years. It used to have more thicker and stabile straps AND a thicker band that ran under the bottom underwire of the bra. Which is WHY I have stuck with just this one. Just bought 4 more (price is higher even with a so called discount now) and the quality has taken a massive dive!
The straps are thin and flimsy, the top part of the bra has a less quality fabric (I'm sitting with my usual same bra and a new one to compare) and the thing I loved most about having a wider band at the bottom of a wire bra is for us larger ladies, it was more comfortable. That's all but gone. I'm an overseas customer - a very long time customer and it's incredibly frustrating to buy more of what works and what you love to find that its been made with cheaper stuff for a higher price. This could now be the end of my ordering with Yours.

Why am I now being told I have £4.98 extra to pay top? I’ve returned my items and the fee should be £1.99 in return fee.
The delivery fee of £2.99 should be clearly listed.
Oeasking to CS advisor Olivia who jntislly didn’t mention it, but then pointed out 5 back and forth emails later.

I really like my top. The sizing and quality are great. Although it arrived early in the delivery window that I was given at check out, I would have liked to have had more timely updates on the status of my order.
