Very quick service, kept me updated on progress of my order, and good product.

Was sent the wrong size. Very difficult to contact customer service. Return keeps failing. Very disappointed with the international service.

Item is just as described, perfect size and fast delivery. My third pair from this shop and I am once again super satusfied.

the design of the dress is not suitable for a curvy body. A curvy body is not flattered by the cut in the middle of the dress. The cut of the dress was also too straight

Gave one star as no option to give none.
Used their guaranteed next day delivery at a cost of £5.99 on a midweek order as needed items for the weekend and thought 3 days would be enough time for that. It arrived over a week later.
Yours take no liability or responsibility for the providers they use for delivery which I find really concerning as they are happy to take money and use false advertising of delivery timescales. Having a business of my own if I was using a company that was ruining my reputation, I’d care. I’d be seeking compensation from courier and seeking insurance that it would change or not be used in the future as I actually care about my customers. They show no regard to assist to locate packages, other than being told sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I then was offered a refund of £5.99 and was told that would be paid within 3-5 working days and it’s now two weeks later and nothing. As it was delivered so late I returned and have been charged £1.99 for that. Absolute shambles of a company who are thriving off of pure greed and false services.
Please avoid using the company or risk wasting your money and time.

Yours is very reliable shop and its netsites are very easy to use.

My packet was stranded in custom and i had to pay 3800 tl, but my packet was never released to me. After many calls and promises i wojld get my packet in a few days. But it was returned to Yours. İt is almost impossible to get in conection with you. I write you mails but get errow. When you give return info the price on each items are lower than I pay for them.

All clothes I ordered were the wrong size, not the size I ordered! I ordered the dresses in size 22, got them in 26. Shoes I orderd in size 6, got them in size 4. So nothing went good in this order. And this is now the second time!

You send me wrong size. I ordered 6EEE and I've got 4EEE.... And return them cost me 40 PLN. REALLY NOT COOL!!!!

I've been ordering with your company for years. Always it was nice. Now My package did not arrive ! I told you about this but you did not help me at all, just told me that it said delivered, while i have proof it was delivered without CONTACT, i did not see anyone !! It said so on the delivery note, delivered WITHOUT CONTACT ! Your service is terrible !!!
